催化油浆对沥青抗老化性能的影响及机制研究

【摘要】:南美重油中掺加油浆后,通过实沸点蒸馏制备AH-70沥青;分别采用薄膜烘箱实验法(TFOT)和加速老化实验法(PAV)模拟沥青的短期和长期老化,考察不同的油浆掺量对沥青短期和长期抗老化性的影响,并对老化机制进行研究。结果表明:南美重油掺加0%、3%、6%、9%和12%油浆后分别切割到425、430、430、430、435℃可得到AH-70沥青;随着油浆掺加比例的增大,经短期老化后沥青的残留针入度比、15℃残留延度降低,软化点升高率增大;沥青经过长期老化后,残留针入度比降低、软化点升高率增大;沥青在短期老化中没有发生明显的官能团氧化反应,随掺加油浆比例的增大,沥青中轻组分的挥发和芳香分、胶质的缩合加剧是导致沥青短期抗老化性逐渐变差的原因;沥青经长期老化后,发生氧化生成亚砜和羰基官能团,油浆中的芳烃化合物可有效地抑制沥青氧化反应中的自由基反应,但芳香分、胶质的缩合加剧仍导致沥青长期抗老化性逐渐变差。
[Abstract]:AH-70 asphalt was prepared by real boiling point distillation after blending with oil slurry in heavy oil of South America. The short and long term aging of asphalt was simulated by TFOT and PAV, respectively, and the effects of different amount of slurry on the short and long term aging resistance of asphalt were investigated. The aging mechanism was studied. The results showed that the South American heavy oil was cut to 425,430,430,430 after adding 0% and 12% oil slurry respectively.
