江津长江大桥健康监测系统设计及状态评估

【摘要】:随着国民经济的快速发展,大型桥梁在交通网络中的角色越来越重要。近年来,桥梁承担的交通任务日益繁重,因此桥梁结构的安全状态越来越受人们的重视。随着桥梁跨径的不断增加以及施工工艺的日益复杂,实时监测大型桥梁结构的运营环境条件和结构健康状况具有重要意义。桥梁健康监测系统作为提取桥梁响应信息的有效手段,越来越受到土木研究人员的重视。目前桥梁健康监测系统设计中的仿真分析主要是集中在运营阶段的力学性能分析,对施工阶段的的仿真分析较少。但是众多桥梁施工事故说明:桥梁在施工过程实际上已经产生一些病害,所以在桥梁健康监测系统设计的仿真分析过程中必须要结合施工分析,才能比较全面的掌握桥梁健康状况。本文以重庆江津长江大桥为工程背景,以有限元仿真方法对该桥进行施工过程和运营阶段的仿真分析,并结合近几年该桥梁的检测报告,设计了一套健康监测系统并应用于大桥。通过对监测数据进行分析,评估该桥的健康状况。本文的主要研究内容如下:①回顾了近些年来国内外桥梁健康监测系统的应用现状,对本文的研究目的和主要研究内容进行了阐述。②首先介绍了桥梁健康监测系统的基本组成部分,对桥梁结构的主要监测内容及常用的传感器进行了归纳分类。并结合几种常用桥型的受力特点和传统经验,总结了几种桥型需要着重监测的内容。③采用MIDAS软件对江津长江大桥进行施工分析和运营阶段分析,在此基础上设计了各类静力传感器的布置方案。采用ANSYS软件对江津长江大桥进行模态分析,在此基础上设计了动力加速度传感器的布置方案。④根据上述分析结果,结合近几年江津大桥的病害统计情况,设计了一套应用于该桥的健康监测系统。通过分析监测数据,对大桥的健康状况进行评估。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the national economy, the role of large bridges in the transportation network is becoming more and more important. In recent years, the bridge undertakes more and more heavy traffic tasks. Therefore, people pay more and more attention to the safety state of bridge structure. With the increasing span of bridge and the increasingly complex construction technology. It is very important to monitor the operating environment condition and the structure health condition of large bridge structure in real time. The bridge health monitoring system is an effective means to extract the bridge response information. More and more attention has been paid by civil researchers. At present, the simulation analysis of bridge health monitoring system design is mainly focused on the mechanical performance analysis in the operation phase. The simulation analysis of the construction stage is less, but many bridge construction accidents show that the bridge in the construction process has actually produced some diseases. Therefore in the bridge health monitoring system design simulation analysis process must be combined with construction analysis in order to fully grasp the bridge health. This paper takes the Chongqing Jiang Jin Yangtze River Bridge as the engineering background. The finite element simulation method is used to analyze the construction process and operation stage of the bridge, and combined with the detection report of the bridge in recent years. A health monitoring system is designed and applied to the bridge. The monitoring data are analyzed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Review the application status of bridge health monitoring system at home and abroad in recent years. The purpose and main contents of this paper are expounded. 2. Firstly, the basic components of bridge health monitoring system are introduced. The main monitoring contents of bridge structure and the commonly used sensors are summarized and classified, and combined with the stress characteristics and traditional experience of several commonly used bridge types. This paper summarizes the contents of several bridge types which need to be monitored emphatically. 3. The construction analysis and operation phase analysis of Jiang Jin Yangtze River Bridge are carried out by using MIDAS software. On this basis, the layout scheme of various static sensors is designed, and the modal analysis of Jiang Jin Yangtze River Bridge is carried out by using ANSYS software. On this basis, the layout of the dynamic acceleration sensor is designed. 4 according to the above analysis results, combined with the recent years of Jiang Jin Bridge disease statistics. A health monitoring system applied to the bridge is designed, and the health condition of the bridge is evaluated by analyzing the monitoring data.
