橡胶粉的掺量与细度对沥青性能的影响研究

【摘要】：该文主要研究了不同掺量与细度下的橡胶粉对沥青技术性能的影响。试验研究表明,随着橡胶粉掺量的增加,针入度、软化点减小,5℃延度、车辙因子和黏度增大,弹性恢复先增后减,胶粉可明显改善沥青高温性能;橡胶粉细度从20目增加到60目,橡胶沥青的针入度、延度、黏度、弹性恢复都有所增大,软化点有所减小;橡胶粉的目数增至80目后,橡胶沥青的技术性能反而有下降趋势。综合技术经济分析,橡胶粉掺量宜为18%~22%,橡胶粉的细度宜用60~80目。
