柱板式空心墩温度场与温度效应试验研究

【摘要】:柱板式空心墩是近来桥梁设计中所采用的一种新型桥墩构造形式,自然环境中混凝土空心墩受太阳辐射、寒潮降温、气温变化等因素影响将产生不利的温度效应。但目前规范中关于温度场与温度应力的规定仅局限于上部结构,缺少对桥墩结构温度场的研究。因此,应对新型柱板式空心墩温度场与温度效应进行试验与研究。本文以纵目沟特大桥5#桥墩作为工程背景,结合桥墩温度场的现场观测数据,分析研究了日照辐射与寒潮降温作用对柱板式空心墩的影响。本文主要研究内容与成果如下:①分别选取夏季与冬季中桥墩温度场观测代表性数据进行分析,绘制桥墩温度测点变化曲线,分析各测点随时间及沿壁厚与沿墩高方向的变化规律;②假定空心墩沿壁厚温差曲线按指数函数分布,对实测数据进行函数拟合,提出适合西北地区或与西北地区气候相似区域的柱板式空心墩正负温度梯度参数建议值,并通过误差分析,证明了参数取值的合理性;③根据桥墩温度场实测数据反算热力学参数,参考国内外研究资料,对桥墩热-结构分析的物理参数取值进行了计算;④根据温度场实测数据并结合规范方法合理确定桥墩温度荷载,利用有限元软件ANSYS中三维瞬态热-结构耦合分析功能,进行柱板式空心墩在日照辐射和寒潮降温作用下的温度场与温度应力分析,得到温度应力分布规律。
[Abstract]:Column slab hollow pier is a new type of bridge pier structure used in the recent bridge design. In the natural environment concrete hollow pier is exposed to solar radiation and cold wave. However, the regulation of temperature field and temperature stress in the current code is limited to the superstructure, and there is no research on the temperature field of the bridge pier structure. The temperature field and temperature effect of new type column slab hollow pier should be tested and studied. In this paper, the Pier of Longmugou Bridge is taken as the engineering background, and the field observation data of the temperature field of the pier are combined. The effects of sunshine radiation and cold wave cooling on the column slab hollow pier are analyzed. The main contents and results of this paper are as follows: 1. Select the representative data of temperature field observation in summer and winter respectively. The curve of temperature measuring point of bridge pier is drawn, and the variation law of each measuring point with time, along wall thickness and along pier height is analyzed. (2) assuming that the hollow pier is distributed according to exponential function along the wall thickness and temperature difference curve, the measured data are fitted by function. The positive and negative temperature gradient parameters of hollow piers suitable for the northwest region or similar to those in the northwest region are proposed, and the rationality of the parameters is proved by error analysis. (3) based on the measured data of piers temperature field, the physical parameters of the thermal-structural analysis of the piers are calculated with reference to the domestic and foreign research data. 4According to the measured data of temperature field and combining with the code method, the temperature load of bridge pier is reasonably determined, and the three-dimensional transient thermal-structural coupling analysis function is used in the finite element software ANSYS. The temperature field and temperature stress of column slab hollow pier under sunshine radiation and cold wave cooling were analyzed and the distribution of temperature stress was obtained.
