铁路隧道衬砌台车拱顶带模及时注浆工艺研究

【摘要】:文章简述了拱顶脱空、空洞等缺陷的常规处理方法以及如何预防拱顶脱空、空洞的方法,重点研究了衬砌台车拱顶预埋RPC管与带模及时注浆工艺。通过雷达扫描检测验证,该工艺有效地解决了拱顶脱空、空洞、混凝土不密实等缺陷,提高了注浆材料与衬砌的整体性,确保结构更加安全。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the conventional methods to deal with the defects such as vault void, cavity and so on, as well as the methods of how to prevent the vault from being empty and hollow are briefly described. The technology of RPC pipe pre-burying and timely grouting with die is studied in detail. Through radar scanning test, the defects of vault voids, voids and concrete are effectively solved. The integrity of grouting material and lining is improved, and the structure is more safe.
