基于荷载试验的高墩大跨混凝土桥正常使用性能评价

【摘要】:高墩大跨混凝土梁桥在我国已取得了较大的发展,尤其是西部地区同类桥梁的建设数量也越来越多,因此,开展该类桥梁的正常使用性能评价研究,对于确保同类桥梁的安全使用以及完善桥梁的正常使用性能评价方法都具有非常重要的现实意义。基于这一背景,针对高墩大跨混凝土梁桥的正常使用性能评价问题,本文对高墩大跨混凝土梁桥的特点与病害、结构荷载试验方法以及正常使用性能评价方法进行了相应研究。详细讨论了高墩大跨混凝土梁桥的特点,具体包括:构造特点、结构优缺点、受力特点以及技术经济特点;在此基础上,进一步研究了此类桥梁可能发生的病害,具体包括:裂缝问题、下挠病害、承载能力不足以及墩台及其它相关病害。重点研究了高墩大跨混凝土梁桥的荷载试验方法与正常使用性能评价方法。根据静动载试验评定技术规程,综合考虑各测试截面的内力与挠度影响线以确定各试验工况的最不利布载形式,从而实现对静、动载试验的测试截面、测点布置以及加载工况的设计;采用基于时域的模态参数识别算法,完成基于模态参数的桥梁结构正常使用动力性能的评价。以西部大通道包(头)北(海)线陕西境延安至黄陵段高速公路上的洛河特大桥为例,对正常使用性能评价的荷载试验方法进行了工程验证。由该桥的各类试验数据可知:该桥在设计荷载作用下处于弹性工作状态,且有较充足的安全储备;而且该桥的竖向振动频率实测值较理论值大,结构整体性好,满足要求。
[Abstract]:High-pier long-span concrete beam bridge has made great progress in China, especially in the western region of the same type of bridge construction more and more, therefore, to carry out the normal use of this type of bridge performance evaluation research. Based on this background, it is very important to ensure the safe use of similar bridges and to improve the evaluation methods of bridge normal service performance. Aiming at the problem of evaluating the normal service performance of long span concrete beam bridge with high piers, the characteristics and diseases of high pier and long span concrete beam bridge are discussed in this paper. The structural load test method and normal service performance evaluation method are studied in this paper. The characteristics of high pier and long span concrete beam bridge are discussed in detail including the structure characteristics advantages and disadvantages of the structure. Stress characteristics and technical and economic characteristics; On this basis, the possible diseases of this kind of bridge are further studied, including: crack problem, deflection disease. The load-test method and normal performance evaluation method of long-span concrete beam bridge with high piers are mainly studied. The technical rules for evaluating static and dynamic load test are presented. Considering the influence lines of internal force and deflection of each test section synthetically to determine the most unfavorable load distribution form of each test condition, so as to realize the design of test section, measuring point arrangement and loading condition of static and dynamic load test; The modal parameter identification algorithm based on time domain is adopted. The evaluation of the dynamic performance of bridge structure based on modal parameters is completed. Taking the Luohe Bridge on the highway between Yanan and Huangling section of Shaanxi Province as an example, the north (head) north (sea) line of the western big passageway is taken as an example. According to the test data of the bridge, the bridge is in elastic working state under the action of design load, and it has sufficient safety reserve; Moreover, the measured values of vertical vibration frequency of the bridge are larger than the theoretical values, and the structural integrity is good.
