橡胶粉水泥混凝土路面的应用研究

【摘要】:长期以来,我国对废旧轮胎只是做简单的地面堆积或掩埋处理,该方法易造成潜在的环境污染和消防危险,而且这种处理方式不能有效处理日益增加的废旧橡胶轮胎。废旧橡胶轮胎的主要方式包括:生产再生胶、焚烧产生能源以及生产橡胶粉。因此本文采用广西南宁市广源细胶粉厂生产的废旧轮胎橡胶粉取代砂配制了橡胶粉水泥混凝土,结合室内试验和试验路铺筑得到了以下结论:(1)通过由20目、40目、60目等三种细度橡胶粉掺拌成的混凝土力学性、和易性变化分析,研究橡胶粉细度对混凝土性能的影响,并考虑橡胶粉的经济性,确定选用40目橡胶粉颗粒。(3)通过对不同掺量橡胶粉水泥混凝土的力学、干缩、耐磨、抗渗、冲磨等路用性能变化分析研究,综合各项路用性能指标发现橡胶粉最佳替代量为3.0%~3.5%。(4)测定了不同橡胶粉替代率水泥混凝土的阻尼比和超声波传播速度,经分析认为掺入橡胶可以有效降低混凝土路面噪声的产生,有利于行车舒服性和环境保护。(5)采用SEM观察了橡胶粉水泥混凝土的内部结构,发现橡胶粉水泥混凝土内部存在三种不同性能界面,这三种不同性能界面的生成与橡胶粉掺量多少有关。当橡胶掺量不大于3.5%时,橡胶粉水泥混凝土内部生成的界面以第一种和第二种为主,这两种界面较为稳定不易破裂。(6)结合广西的气候特点,研究了橡胶粉水泥混凝土的高温稳定性、高温耐久性和低温稳定性。橡胶粉掺量为3.5%左右时混凝土的高温稳定性、高温耐久性和低温稳定性最佳。(7)完成了国内第一条橡胶粉水泥混凝土路面(邕宁至浦北二级公路钦州段No.1 K60+750~K61+250)的施工和相关检测工作。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the waste tires in our country only do simple ground stacking or burial treatment, this method is easy to cause potential environmental pollution and fire hazards. And this treatment method can not effectively deal with the increasing number of waste rubber tyres. The main methods of waste rubber tires include: the production of reclaimed rubber. Therefore, the waste tire rubber powder produced by Guang Yuan Fine Rubber Powder Plant of Guangxi Nanning City was used instead of sand to prepare rubber powder cement concrete. Combined with laboratory test and road paving, the following conclusions were obtained: 1) the mechanical properties and easiness of concrete mixed with three kinds of fineness rubber powder, including 20 mesh, 40 mesh and 60 mesh, were analyzed. The effect of rubber powder fineness on the properties of concrete was studied, and considering the economy of rubber powder, 40 mesh rubber powder particle was selected. The mechanical, dry shrinkage and wear resistance of cement concrete with different amount of rubber powder were studied. Analysis and study on the change of road performance such as impermeability, grinding and so on. The optimum substitution quantity of rubber powder was found to be 3. 0 and 3. 5. The damping ratio and ultrasonic propagation speed of cement concrete with different rubber powder substitution rate were measured. Through analysis, it is concluded that the addition of rubber can effectively reduce the noise of concrete pavement, which is beneficial to driving comfort and environmental protection.) the internal structure of rubber powder cement concrete is observed by SEM. It is found that there are three different performance interfaces in the rubber powder cement concrete. The formation of the three different performance interfaces is related to the amount of rubber powder, when the rubber content is less than 3.5%. The interface formed in rubber powder cement concrete is mainly the first one and the second one. These two interfaces are relatively stable and difficult to break. 6) combined with the climatic characteristics of Guangxi. The high temperature stability, high temperature durability and low temperature stability of rubber powder cement concrete were studied. The first rubber cement concrete pavement (No.1 K60 750 K61 250) of Qinzhou second class highway from Yongning to Pubei has been completed. Construction and related inspection work.
