青岛市前湾港区疏港道路交通系统优化策略研究

【摘要】：随着前湾港的进一步发展,港城矛盾开始显现。一方面是需求和供给的矛盾,货物吞吐量,特别是集装箱吞吐量的激增,使得原本就接近饱和的疏港通道压力陡增;另一方面由于疏港通道布局与集疏运需求分布的不匹配,快速疏港通道未能发挥较大作用,使得原本就饱和的地面道路更加拥堵。本文在借鉴国内外港口发展经验的基础上,从区域发展的层面上对前湾港的战略定位进行解读,分析其在半岛蓝色经济区发展中的核心地位作用及前湾港在一轮发展中的方向地位和需求。在此基础上对疏港体系进行系统的分析和研究,提出港口集疏运体系近期优化和远期规划方案和构想。⑴本文结合前湾港发展突出的矛盾问题,综合分析了国内外港口集疏运规划解决方案,并在此基础之上建立了切合前湾港实际的集疏运疏港交通体系;⑵深入研究集疏运特征,从集疏运网络、结构和模式三个方面进行分析,总结前湾港集疏运现状出现的问题;⑶以前湾港的地域、货物特征、经济腹地和运输模式为基础,构建疏港交通规划思路,主要包括铁路集疏运和公路集疏运规划,结合黄岛区城区道路规划,确立以铁路和公路为核心的内外疏港通道体系;
[Abstract]:With the further development of Qianwan Port, the contradiction between port and city began to appear. On the one hand, the contradiction between demand and supply, cargo throughput, especially container throughput increased rapidly. The pressure of the open port channel, which was already close to saturation, has increased sharply. On the other hand, due to the mismatch between the layout of the open port channel and the distribution of the demand for collecting and distributing, the fast channel has not played an important role. In this paper, based on the experience of port development at home and abroad, the strategic positioning of Qianwan Port is interpreted from the level of regional development. This paper analyzes its core role in the development of Peninsula Blue Economic Zone and the direction and demand of Qianwan Port in a round of development. On the basis of this, it makes a systematic analysis and research on the open port system. Put forward the short-term optimization and long-term planning plan and conception of port transportation system. 1 combined with the outstanding contradiction of Qianwan port development, this paper comprehensively analyzes the domestic and foreign port transportation planning solutions. On the basis of this, the traffic system of collecting, distributing and thinning ports in Qianwan Port is established. (2) deeply study the characteristics of collecting and distributing, analyze the network, structure and mode of collecting and distributing, and sum up the problems existing in the present situation of collecting and distributing in Qianwan Port; (3) on the basis of the region, cargo characteristics, economic hinterland and transportation mode of the former bay port, the train of thought of traffic planning of the open port is constructed, which mainly includes railway transportation and highway transportation planning, combined with the urban road planning of Huangdao district. Establishing the internal and external open port channel system with railway and highway as the core;
