潍坊港液化品码头工程项目进度管理研究

【摘要】:项目进度控制是项目管理的重要内容,在工程项目管理中占据着重要地位。近年来,随着我国港口经济的快速发展,港口码头工程项目建设发展迅速。由于港口码头工程项目具有投资规模大、建设周期长、不确定性因素多等特点,项目管理特别是进度管理难度较大。如果不对项目进行进度管理与控制,则很可能造成工程无法按期完工。加强工程项目进度管理,对于保证项目按期完工、节约成本和提高质量都具有重要作用。因此,在工程项目建设的过程中正确合理的进行工程进度控制是非常必要的。本文在总结项目进度控制理论的基础上,以潍坊港液化品码头工程项目为例,分析了影响施工进度的因素,编制了潍坊港液化品码头工程项目进度计划,对项目进度进行跟踪监控,查找并消除出现的进度偏差,并采取措施进行进度计划的实施和控制,保证项目按期完成,实现项目既定进度目标。首先,本文介绍了项目概况,分析了影响项目施工进度因素;其次,本文在对项目进行工作结构分解的基础上,应用Project软件编制项目进度计划;最后,本文通过对项目进度进行跟踪监控,及时查找项目施工过程中出现的进度偏差,采取措施进行进度优化调整,并提出项目进度实施的保障措施,为项目的顺利完成提供保障。
[Abstract]:Project schedule control is an important part of project management and occupies an important position in engineering project management. In recent years, with the rapid development of port economy in China, The construction of port and wharf project is developing rapidly. Due to the large scale of investment, long construction period and many uncertain factors, etc. The project management, especially the schedule management, is difficult. If the project is not managed and controlled, the project may not be completed on schedule. Both cost saving and quality improvement play an important role. Therefore, it is very necessary to control the project schedule correctly and reasonably in the process of project construction. This paper summarizes the theory of project schedule control. Taking the Weifang port liquefaction wharf project as an example, the factors influencing the construction progress are analyzed, and the progress plan of the Weifang port liquefaction wharf project is worked out. The project progress is tracked and monitored to find out and eliminate the existing schedule deviation. Measures are taken to implement and control the progress plan, to ensure the completion of the project on schedule, and to achieve the established project progress goals. First, this paper introduces the general situation of the project, analyzes the factors affecting the construction progress of the project; secondly, On the basis of decomposing the work structure of the project, this paper uses Project software to draw up the project schedule. Finally, this paper tracks and monitors the progress of the project, and finds out the schedule deviation in time during the construction process of the project. Take measures to optimize and adjust the progress of the project, and put forward the implementation of the project progress guarantee measures for the smooth completion of the project to provide security.
