东河大桥现浇箱梁补强技术研究

【摘要】:建国以来,我国交通运输事业伴随着经济的腾飞而飞速发展,为公路桥梁建设提供了良好的发展机遇。在新建桥梁不断增加的同时,许多现有的钢筋混凝土桥梁的结构性能发生了巨大的变化,出现了不同程度的损伤,甚至承载能力已大大降低而逐渐演变成为危桥。将有害桥梁全部重建的思想既不现实,也不科学。如果桥梁基本结构尚可利用,通过综合经济技术比较,有时采用加固措施,使桥粱达到设计要求,其使用寿命延长,可以大大节省工程投资、产生良好的社会和经济效益。因此,桥梁改造维修加固任务越加繁重,成为当前国内桥梁建设的重要组成部分。本文以中山市东河大桥为主要研究对象,在工程实践基础上,通过对混凝土箱梁桥因施工原因导致混凝土强度不足的分析,结合混凝土的物理力学性能和结构构件受力特性,综合考虑结构使用环境、使用状况,分析了在混凝土强度不足情况下桥梁的力学性能,创新性的采用启用备用束、粘贴钢板及DPS永凝液增加耐久性加固法组合补强的方案,该过程利用有限元软件midas对桥梁施工过程进行论证补强加固方案的可行性验证,后期采用检测试验的方式对加固后的桥梁结构进行检测试验,检查其是否能够满足正常施工运行的需要。通过对该桥补强方案的研究,为桥梁施工中出现的类似问题总结经验,提供参考意见。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, with the rapid development of economy, China's transportation industry has provided a good opportunity for highway and bridge construction. The structural performance of many existing reinforced concrete bridges has undergone great changes, resulting in varying degrees of damage, and even the bearing capacity has been greatly reduced and gradually evolved into a dangerous bridge. It is also unscientific. If the basic structure of the bridge is still available, through comprehensive economic and technical comparison, and sometimes by means of strengthening measures, the bridge beam can meet the design requirements, its service life is prolonged, and the project investment can be greatly saved. Therefore, the task of bridge reconstruction, maintenance and reinforcement becomes more and more heavy and becomes an important part of bridge construction in China. This paper takes the Donghe Bridge in Zhongshan City as the main research object, based on the engineering practice, Through the analysis of the concrete strength deficiency caused by the construction of the concrete box girder bridge, combined with the physical and mechanical properties of the concrete and the mechanical characteristics of the structural members, the use environment of the structure and the application condition are considered synthetically. This paper analyzes the mechanical properties of the bridge under the condition of insufficient concrete strength, and innovatively adopts the combination reinforcement method of using the spare beam, sticking steel plate and DPS permanent solidification to increase the durability reinforcement. In this process, the finite element software midas is used to verify the feasibility of the reinforcement scheme in the construction process of the bridge. Check whether the bridge can meet the needs of normal construction operation. Through the study of the bridge reinforcement scheme, summarize the experience of similar problems in the bridge construction, and provide the reference.
