隧道无线振动传感系统的设计

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国社会经济的强劲发展,交通工程特别是高速公路、地下铁路、火车轨道等,都向山体空间、地底空间提出了需求。为了满足这些方面的需求,中国多家交通施工单位在山体、地下进行隧道施工。但是,伴随着施工而来的,除了交通的便利之外,还有施工过程中的安全问题。本课题为隧道安全施工提出了一种依靠振动来进行设备机械定位、振源判断的无线传感系统。该系统感应隧道壁的振动信号,通过分析,判断振动的类型,并将信息通过无线网络发送到上位机,起到定位和预警的作用。设计中遵循工业电子产品的一般设计流程,详细介绍了开发过程中的技术原理、重点难点。从一种新的角度提出了机械设备定位方法,并从原理分析了多种振动的区别及其在工程上的应用,对后续的研究开发具备一定的借鉴和参考价值。本文详细介绍了设计及开发过程所完成的工作,包括:分析隧道施工中容易出现的安全问题,提出无线振动传感系统的需求和思路;分析整体方案,分析市场流行的技术,并选择能够符合需求的硬件方案;研究所选择的各种硬件设备,为末端设备设计了硬件电路,为上位机搭建了系统和UPS;针对硬件进行驱动及程序设计;研究多种振动中传感器的振动响应差异,设计出判断不同振动的算法。根据这些工作内容,本文共分为五个主要章节,分别为绪论、需求分析及方案选型、终端系统硬件设计、终端系统程序设计、总结与展望。本课题所设计的无线振动传感系统,具有灵敏度高、功耗低、体积小、易用等特点,十分适用于施工中的隧道环境。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the strong development of social economy in our country, traffic engineering, especially highway, underground railway, train track and so on, have put forward the demand to mountain space and underground space. Many traffic construction units in China carry out tunnel construction in the mountains and underground. However, with the construction, in addition to the convenience of transportation, In this paper, a wireless sensing system based on vibration to locate the equipment and judge the vibration source is proposed. The system induces the vibration signal of the tunnel wall, and analyzes the vibration signal of the tunnel wall. To judge the type of vibration, and send the information to the upper computer via wireless network, it plays the role of positioning and early warning. The design follows the general design flow of industrial electronic products, and introduces the technical principle of the development process in detail. From a new point of view, the positioning method of mechanical equipment is put forward, and the difference of various vibration and its application in engineering are analyzed from the principle. This paper introduces in detail the design and development process of the work, including: analysis of the tunnel construction prone to safety problems, The requirements and ideas of the wireless vibration sensing system are put forward, the whole scheme is analyzed, the popular technology in the market is analyzed, and the hardware scheme that can meet the demand is selected. The hardware circuit is designed for the terminal equipment. The system and the UPSs are built for the host computer; the hardware is driven and the program is designed; the difference of the vibration response of the sensors in various vibration is studied, and the algorithm to judge the different vibration is designed. According to these work contents, this paper is divided into five main chapters. They are introduction, requirement analysis and scheme selection, terminal system hardware design, terminal system program design, summary and prospect. The wireless vibration sensing system designed in this paper has the characteristics of high sensitivity, low power consumption, small volume, easy to use, etc. Very suitable for the tunnel environment under construction.
