【摘要】：近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,国力的不断强盛,各地明显加快了基础设施的建设进度,市政道路工程的规模也越来越大,项目越来越多,因此对市政工程的建设质量要求更是重中之重。对此我国已经制订了针对市政建设项目的质量管理的相关法律法规,并且对实施施工质量管理也有了长期的规划,但从目前的情况来看,施工活动中仍旧存在不少质量问题,因此研究市政工程的质量管理具有很重要的现实意义。本文在总结研究国内外学者关于市政工程质量管理相关文献的基础上,提出适应于我国市政道路工程质量管理的一套理论体系,并通过结合具体案例分析了潍坊市永春路道路改造工程,进一步论证了该理论体系的可行性与可操纵性,为下一步当地市政行业工程项目的实施提供质量管理理论基础,为我国市政行业工程项目质量管理提出自己的意见。本文主要是以潍坊市永春路项目工程为例,对市政工程建设过程中的质量控制问题进行深入的研究,在此基础上得出较为切实可行的方法,最后总结得出结论。在介绍文章选题背景、意义、国内外研究主要概况以及永春路工程施工的基本情况的和建设质量控制理论的基础上,对市政道路工程的质量的定义,工程项目控制的过程和基本方法进行了逐一论述,分析了在道路工程建设中最常出现的几种问题及解决方法。在此基础上,对潍坊市永春路工程项目进行具体分析,详细介绍了施工过程中各个环节的质量控制措施,最后得出结论。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our country's economy and the continuous strength of our national strength, the construction of infrastructure has been obviously accelerated in various places, and the scale of municipal road projects has also become larger and larger, with more and more projects. Therefore, the construction quality requirement of municipal engineering is the most important. For this, China has formulated the relevant laws and regulations for the quality management of municipal construction projects, and has a long-term plan for the implementation of construction quality management. However, judging from the current situation, there are still many quality problems in the construction activities. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the quality management of municipal engineering. This paper puts forward a set of theory system suitable for the quality management of municipal road engineering in our country, analyzes the reconstruction project of Yongchun Road in Weifang by combining with concrete cases, and further demonstrates the feasibility and maneuverability of the theoretical system. It provides the theoretical basis of quality management for the implementation of local municipal engineering projects, and puts forward its own opinions for the quality management of municipal engineering projects in our country. This paper mainly takes the Yongchun Road Project in Weifang as an example. On the basis of deep research on the quality control in the process of municipal engineering construction, a more feasible method is obtained. Finally, the conclusion is drawn. On the basis of the main research situation at home and abroad, the basic situation of the construction of Yongchun Road and the theory of construction quality control, the definition of the quality of municipal road engineering, the process and basic methods of project control are discussed one by one. This paper analyzes on the most common problems and solutions in road engineering construction. On the basis of this, the project of Yongchun Road in Weifang City is analyzed in detail, and the quality control measures in every link in the construction process are introduced in detail. Finally, a conclusion is drawn.
