自动刷发卡系统软件的开发

【摘要】:随着国民经济的不断提高,我国的汽车的保有量已经是世界第一,而我国的公路体系的建设在很长的时间内不能满足汽车增长的需求。因此在交通过流断面不能增加的情况下,快速通行成为了各个主要交通干线网的需要解决的首要问题。在中国的道路交通体系中,承担主要交通通行任务的高速公路在快速通行的问题上又显得矛盾重重。因为在现阶段的高速公路项目中多数采用多方投资的方式,在利益回报的前提下,运营成本的有效降低和投资成本的及时回笼成为了经济性主要目标。还有车辆运营效率的提升和车辆通关速度的提高成为了技术性的主要目标。而中国的现有的高速公路投资和运营模式无法完全脱离人工操作方式,从而使得最新的ETC模式无法全面覆盖全国交通干网。这样就给人工成本的降低和通行速度的提高提出了新的课题。本次研究课题是以重庆市渝长高速公路建设为蓝本进行研究。本次课题开发的入口车道自助刷发卡软件在重庆高速公路现有车道软件操作模式上单独增加的一套软件。该软件安装在高速公路入口车道,它的运行和操作与现有出入口车道软件相对独立,不影响其功能和操作。高速公路联网收费已运营近十年,高速公路交通流量每年以20%多的年增长率快速增长,出现了收费站高峰时间严重堵车现象。而现今我国高速公路的运营模式人工操作不能完全取消,所以本课题研究软件在车道入口处的实行无人刷发卡,这样就可以大大降低了现有ETC专用通道在入口处的交通拥挤程度和普通车道在交通高峰时段快速通行的问题。本次课题研究的主系统软件通过对各种车辆的数据信息的不同调用方式,分为四个不同的子系统进行运转来完成车道入口关卡处对不同车辆的识别、判定和处理。其中本课题研究的主要内容包括如下三点:一是实现系统的前台自动管理员和后台informix数据库的整体搭建。二是对本系统中特殊处理和辅助处理两个子系统的数据分析和协同工作流程的研究。三是在无人操作的前提下试用正常处理与异常处理两种判定识别类处理子系统对数据库中的各种车辆信息来进行流程判断分析。通过以上内容研究,实现了以下目标:一是实现了在进、出站口中,车道软件对各种不同性质车辆的准确识别。二是实现了车道软件对于不同情况的正常或非正常卡片的正确识别和正常解决。三是实现了减少发卡人员、降低运营费用、安装费用等各种成本的经济目的。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the national economy, the number of cars in our country has already been the first in the world, and the construction of our country's highway system cannot meet the demand of automobile growth in a very long period of time. Rapid transit has become the most important problem to be solved in all major trunk networks. In China's road traffic system, Expressway, which takes on the main traffic task, is in conflict with the problem of rapid transit. Because most of the expressway projects at this stage adopt multi-investment method, under the premise of profit return, The efficient reduction of operating cost and the timely return of investment cost have become the main economic targets. The improvement of vehicle operation efficiency and the speed of vehicle clearance have become the main technical targets. Expressway investment and operation mode can not be completely divorced from manual operation, As a result, the latest ETC model can not fully cover the national traffic trunk network. In this way, the reduction of labor cost and the improvement of traffic speed are put forward. This research topic is based on Chongqing Chongqing Yu-Chang Expressway construction. The software of self-help brushing card in the entrance lane developed in this paper adds a set of software separately on the operating mode of the existing lane software of Chongqing expressway. The software is installed in the entrance lane of the expressway. Its operation and operation are relatively independent from the existing entrance and exit lane software, and do not affect its function and operation. The phenomenon of serious traffic jam occurred in the rush hour of toll station. But the manual operation mode of expressway in our country can not be completely cancelled, so the research software of this paper implements the unbrushed hair card at the entrance of the driveway. This can greatly reduce the traffic congestion at the entrance of the existing ETC dedicated channel and the problem of the rapid passage of the ordinary lane during rush hour. The main system software of this study is based on the data of various vehicles.
