软岩大变形隧道小净距段变形与受力分析

【摘要】:由于我国中西部地区地质、地形条件复杂,在今后的铁路公路建设中必将会遇到大量的隧道工程。受地形与特殊地质条件限制,软岩小净距隧道这种特殊结构形式也必将会经常出现。本文以新建兰渝铁路新城子隧道为工程背景,采用有限差分软件FLAC3D进行数值模拟,并建立多组不同净距的模型,对比分析软岩挤压大变形隧道在不同小净距段的变形与受力情况。结合新城子隧道工程中进行的围岩压力和钢拱架应力试验,得到软岩地质条件下隧道小净距段的变形和受力特点和规律。为今后软岩挤压大变形小净距隧道的设计施工提供依据。总结本文的主要工作为:1、对比分析硬岩隧道和软岩隧道的变形和受力情况,找出软岩挤压性大变形隧道的主要特征。2、针对新城子隧道软岩小净距段的大变形问题,对软岩挤压大变形隧道在小净距段的受力及变形情况进行分析研究。采用数值模拟等方法重点分析了软岩挤压变形隧道不同净距围岩和支护结构的变形和受力情况。3、针对新城子隧道小净距段的围岩压力、钢架受力、等进行现场监测,分析了小净距隧道围岩和支护结构的受力情况。4、根据新城子隧道的现场应力测试及变形的动态跟踪,采用理论分析,研究了软岩大变形隧道施工控制效果。
[Abstract]:Due to the geological conditions in the central and western regions of China and the complex terrain conditions, there will be a large number of tunnel projects in the future railway highway construction, which will be restricted by the topography and special geological conditions. The special structure of soft rock tunnel with small clear distance will also appear frequently. In this paper, taking the Xinchengzi tunnel of the new Lanzhou-Chongqing railway as the engineering background, the finite difference software FLAC3D is used to carry out the numerical simulation, and a number of models with different net spacing are established. The deformation and stress of soft rock extruded large deformation tunnel in different small spacing sections are compared and analyzed. Combined with the surrounding rock pressure and steel arch stress test carried out in Xinchengzi tunnel project, The deformation and stress characteristics of small spacing section of tunnel under soft rock geological conditions are obtained, which provides the basis for the design and construction of soft rock tunnel with large deformation and small net distance in the future. The main work of this paper is summarized as 1: 1, and the hard rock tunnel is comparatively analyzed. Deformation and stress of tunnels and soft rock tunnels, To find out the main characteristics of soft rock compressible large deformation tunnel. 2. Aiming at the problem of large deformation of soft rock with small net distance in Xinchengzi tunnel, The stress and deformation of soft rock extruded large deformation tunnel in small net distance are analyzed. The deformation and stress of surrounding rock and supporting structure of soft rock extrusion tunnel with different net distance are analyzed by numerical simulation. For the surrounding rock pressure of the small spacing section of Xinchengzi Tunnel, According to the stress test and dynamic tracking of deformation in Xinchengzi tunnel, the stress of surrounding rock and supporting structure of small clear distance tunnel is analyzed by theoretical analysis, according to the field stress test and dynamic tracking of deformation of Xinchengzi tunnel, the stress of steel frame is monitored on the spot, and the stress of supporting structure is analyzed. The construction control effect of large deformation tunnel in soft rock is studied.
