工地试验室标准化建设在特大桥项目中的应用探究

【摘要】：在开展一个工程质量的评价及控制工作的过程中,其中一些基础数据的重要来源就是工地试验室,这也是开展工程质量管理工作中非常重要的管理内容。随着社会的快速发展,人们的生活和工作都对社会基础设施建设提出了更高的要求。对标准化工地试验室建设予以足够的重视,并在实际工作中认真执行,对于实际的工程管理水平及试验检测准确性的提升具有非常重要的意义。因此,工地试验室标准化建设是特大桥施工的基础和前提。本论文结合银川滨河黄河大桥工程的建设,根据工程项目内容和规模,从总体上严格按照标准化建设流程部署试验室建设,并要对其各项建设内容进一步细化处理,从而给出完善的建设方案,对各个部分的工作职责予以明确,满足指导施工顺序,进行施工管理,提供检测数据等条件。通过工地试验室建设及管理两方面,包括驻地建设、档案管理工作、文化建设工作、体系建设工作、环境管理工作、设备配备、设备管理工作、人员的配备及管理工作、样品管理、外委管理等要求,推动工地试验室标准化建设工作全面开展。根据信息化数据报告,尤其是水泥混凝土抗压试验检测报告,依照检测数据的统计,把握桥梁各部位结构的强度,保证施工质量。注重工地试验室管理工作的精细化、规范化及标准化,积极引进现代工程管理的理念及方法,保证所得到的检测数据的客观性及准确性,以便于其在工程质量控制及管理工作中的作用能够得到充分的发挥,进而促进工程管理水平的切实提升。
[Abstract]:In the process of carrying out a project quality evaluation and control work, the important source of some basic data is the site laboratory, which is also a very important management content in carrying out the engineering quality management work. With the rapid development of society, People's lives and work have put forward higher requirements for the construction of social infrastructure. Adequate attention has been paid to the construction of standardized site laboratories, and they have been conscientiously implemented in practical work. Therefore, the construction of site laboratory standardization is the foundation and premise of the construction of large bridge. This paper combines with the construction of Yinchuan River Yellow River Bridge. According to the content and scale of the project, the laboratory is to be deployed in strict accordance with the standardized construction process, and the construction contents should be further refined to provide a perfect construction plan. The responsibilities of each part of the work should be clearly defined to meet the requirements of guiding the construction sequence, carrying out construction management, providing testing data, etc. Through the construction and management of the site laboratory, including the construction of the site and the management of the archives, Requirements for cultural construction, system building, environmental management, equipment equipping, equipment management, personnel allocation and management, sample management, outside management, etc. To promote the standardization construction of the site laboratory in an all-round way. According to the information data report, especially the cement concrete compressive test test report, according to the statistics of the test data, we can grasp the strength of each part of the bridge structure, To ensure the construction quality, pay attention to the fine, standardization and standardization of site laboratory management, actively introduce modern engineering management concepts and methods, and ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the measured data.
