基于水泥混凝土路面板角断裂的路面结构受力特性研究与设计

【摘要】:随着我国交通运输行业的快速发展,道路上车辆的载重也越来越大,再加上超载现象普遍存在,造成了水泥混凝土路面很多使用不到3-5年就出现了严重的结构性破坏,完全没有达到路面的设计使用年限,而且严重影响路面的通行能力和行车安全。通过对水泥混凝土路面病害的调查,混凝土路面的破坏很多发生在路面的板角,板角出现大量的裂缝、断裂甚至出现坑槽,而板角出现这些破坏的最原始原因是因为路面板板角出现了脱空。因此,本文有针对性的对重载交通混凝土路面板角应力进行了研究。具体的研究内容及结果为:①研究了路面板板角脱空的过程及脱空后对路面的使用寿命和疲劳寿命的影响;②研究了路面板的破坏过程,设计路面的极限承载力是在路面破坏的第二个阶段确定的;③对混凝土路面板应力分析的荷载图式进行了详细的讲解;④分析了混凝土路面板板厚对路面应力的影响,板厚越大,路面所受的应力越小,混凝土板板厚可以很好的改善路面板的受力,在重载车辆、路面板板角脱空后板厚对路面所受应力的改善越明显;⑤分析了混凝土路面在不同车辆荷载作用下路面板所受应力的变化规律,车辆荷载的增大将造成路面板应力的迅速增大,尤其是路面板板角脱空后,其所受应力增长的更快;⑥分析了水泥混凝土路面基层对路面应力的影响,无论路面板板角脱空如否,基层对路面板所受应力的影响都很小,通过加厚基层来改变路面板的受力是不经济的;⑦研究了路面板板角的温度应力和路面板板角在重载作用下的荷载应力,提出了混凝土路面板板角脱空路面厚度的验算公式;⑧将公路水泥混凝土路面设计规范对混凝土板厚度的设计与混凝土板板角脱空后的板厚度验算公式进行了结合,提出了新的混凝土板板厚设计流程;⑨对水泥混凝土路面厚板的接缝和施工工艺进行了研究,以期为现在水泥混凝土路面厚板的施工有所指导。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of transportation industry in our country, the load of vehicles on the road is increasing, and the phenomenon of overloading exists widely, which results in serious structural damage of cement concrete pavement in less than 3-5 years. It is completely not up to the design life of the pavement, and seriously affects the capacity of the pavement and the driving safety. Through the investigation of the cement concrete pavement diseases, many of the damage of the concrete pavement occur in the pavement slab angle. There are a lot of cracks, cracks and even potholes in the corner of the plate, and the most original reason for the damage is that the angle of the road panel is empty. In this paper, the angular stress of heavy duty traffic concrete pavement slab is studied. The concrete research contents and results are as follows: 1. The process of angular void of pavement slab and the service life and fatigue life of pavement after void removal are studied. The failure process of the pavement slab is studied. The ultimate bearing capacity of design pavement is determined in the second stage of pavement failure. The load pattern of stress analysis of concrete pavement slab is explained in detail. 4. The influence of concrete slab thickness on pavement stress is analyzed. The smaller the stress on the pavement, the thicker the concrete slabs, the better the load on the pavement slabs can be, in heavy-duty vehicles, The more obvious the improvement of the stress on the pavement by the thickness of the slab after the angle of the road slab is removed, the more obvious is the change of the stress of the concrete pavement under the action of different vehicle loads. The increase of the vehicle load will result in the rapid increase of the stress of the pavement slab. Especially, after the angle of the pavement slab is emptied, the stress increases more rapidly. The influence of the cement concrete pavement base on the pavement stress is analyzed. No matter if the angle of the road slab is empty, the effect of the base on the stress of the road slab is very small. It is not economical to change the force of the road slab by thickening the base. The thermal stress of the angle of the road slab and the load stress of the angle of the road slab under heavy load are studied. In this paper, a formula for calculating the thickness of concrete pavement with angle voids is put forward. The design of concrete slab thickness is combined by the design code of highway cement concrete pavement and the formula of the thickness of concrete slab after the angle of concrete slab is emptied. A new design process of concrete slab thickness is put forward. The joint and construction technology of thick slab of cement concrete pavement are studied in order to guide the construction of thick slab of cement concrete pavement.
