既有路网下基于中小城市的快速通道网布局研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着社会经济发展,中小城市已初具规模,发展迅速。我国城市发展呈现区域一体化的趋势以及随着城市化进程的加快,中小城市在面临发展机遇的同时,也遇到对内对外交通的难题。本文根据新规定,阐述了中小城市的范畴,确定研究范围;通过对实际的快速通道项目情况进行归纳分析,对快速通道进行定义。其后,分析中小城市与快速通道的相互作用关系,包括中小城市对快速通道的需求分析,中小城市构建市域快速通道的可行性分析等。对既有路网进行了界定,重点分析高速公路、普通干线公路与中小城市的衔接关系,然后分析既有干线公路对中小城市快速通道布局的影响。通过对公路网与城市快速路规划方法优缺点进行分析,结合中小城市快速通道布局的特点,本文选用点线面网络层次分析法对中小城快速通道进行规划布局,并根据中小城市的特点,对中小城市点、线、面三个层次依次分析,论述了点层确定方法和原则、线层确定线位走向及线位类型、面层的几个内容等,提出基于点线面层次分析法的中小城市快速通道网布局的思路和流程;结合中小城市快速通道布局,引入间接节点,对可达性计算方法进行优化,并用算例进行验证。最后以简阳市为实例,将理论与实际相结合,对简阳市进行快速通道网的布局。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy, small and medium-sized cities have begun to take shape and developed rapidly. According to the new regulations, this paper expounds the scope of small and medium-sized cities, determines the scope of the study, and defines the rapid passage through the induction and analysis of the actual expressway projects. This paper analyzes the interaction between medium and small cities and rapid passage, including the demand analysis of rapid passage in small and medium-sized cities, the feasibility analysis of constructing urban fast passage in small and medium-sized cities, etc. The existing road network is defined, and the expressway is analyzed emphatically. The connection relationship between ordinary trunk highway and small and medium-sized cities, and the influence of existing trunk highway on the layout of expressway in small and medium-sized cities are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of highway network and urban expressway planning methods are analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of the rapid passage layout in small and medium-sized cities, this paper selects the point line plane network analytic hierarchy process to plan the layout of the rapid passage in small and medium-sized cities, and according to the characteristics of small and medium-sized cities, analyzes the three levels of points, lines and planes of small and medium-sized cities in turn. This paper discusses the method and principle of point layer determination, line level determination line orientation and line type, several contents of surface layer, and puts forward the idea and flow of the layout of rapid passage network in small and medium-sized cities based on point line plane analytic hierarchy process. Combined with the layout of rapid passage in medium and small cities, indirect nodes are introduced to optimize the method of reachability calculation, and an example is given to verify it. Finally, taking the case of Jianyang city as an example, combining theory with practice, the layout of fast channel network in Jianyang city is carried out.
