岩石爆破干扰降振试验研究

【摘要】:随着爆破工程在国民基础建设中的广泛应用,爆破振动对周围环境和建筑物的影响也越来越受到人们的广泛关注。长期以来,国内外学者对干扰降振的研究看法不一,提出了不同的控制爆破振动的观点。本文主要从理论和试验两方面对岩石爆破干扰降振进行探讨,为今后类似工程的爆破施工提供借鉴和参考。本文首先从能够综合反应爆破地震波传播过程中振动强度的振速机制出发,研究岩石爆破振动的衰减规律,得出实现干扰降振的关键在于确定合理的微差延期时间;然后从错相减振机理、谐波叠加和球面波的叠加进行分析得出微差延期时间和爆破振动主振周期密切相关;进而通过深圳地铁11号线明挖基坑和隧道爆破试验论证了理论分析微差延期时间的合理性,同时确定了现场试验条件下的最佳微差延期时间;在隧道群孔爆破试验基础上保持最佳微差延期时间不变,合理地调整爆破参数,从试验角度证明微差延期时间是影响干扰降振最重要的因素。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of blasting engineering in national infrastructure construction, the impact of blasting vibration on the surrounding environment and buildings has attracted more and more attention. For a long time, scholars at home and abroad have different views on disturbance and vibration reduction. Different viewpoints of controlling blasting vibration are put forward. In this paper, the disturbance and vibration reduction of rock blasting are discussed from the aspects of theory and experiment. This paper first studies the attenuation law of rock blasting vibration based on the mechanism of vibration velocity which can synthesize the vibration intensity in the process of seismic wave propagation in response blasting, which provides reference and reference for the blasting construction of similar projects in the future. It is concluded that the key to realize disturbance reduction is to determine the reasonable delay time of slight difference, and then from the analysis of the mechanism of staggered phase damping, harmonic superposition and spherical wave superposition, it is concluded that the delay time of slight difference is closely related to the main vibration period of blasting vibration. Then, the rationality of the delay time of slight difference is proved by blasting test of open excavation foundation pit and tunnel of Shenzhen Metro Line 11, and the optimum delay time of differential delay is determined under the condition of field test. On the basis of tunnel group hole blasting test, the optimum delay time of millisecond delay is kept constant, and the blasting parameters are adjusted reasonably. From the point of view of test, it is proved that the delay time of slight difference is the most important factor affecting disturbance and vibration reduction.
