密级配沥青稳定碎石(ATB-30)组成设计与疲劳特性研究

【摘要】:随着公路建设的快速发展,针对当前我国已建成的高速公路承担着小型车辆逐年增多、大型车辆轴载重、交通量大等特点,用密级配沥青稳定碎石混合料铺筑而成的路面相对于传统的半刚性材料有着温度稳定性好、耐久性强和抗疲劳性能优等特点,能更好适应当前我国高速公路的建设步伐。设计良好的密级配沥青稳定碎石混合料不仅可以具有较高的抗疲劳特性与抗弯拉强度,而且具有较高的强度与耐久性,同时用于铺筑路面结构可以缓解沥青路面的反射裂缝、水损害等破坏,延长了沥青路面使用寿命,对提高沥青路面的使用品质具有重要的现实意义和经济效益,本文通过分析国内外沥青稳定碎石混合料发展现状,选取贝雷法设计0.9?0.6四种不同CA比级配的ATB-30,再通过SGC旋转压实成型试件。为了实现在施工中易于压实以达到节能减排的目的,并在运营时具有良好的使用性能,本文通过密实曲线斜率和能量指数来分析压实特性,得出当CA=0.82时施工时易于压实,开放交通后不易产生追密变形。通过室内小梁弯曲疲劳试验,应用Weibull概率分布,建立并分析不同可靠度下的P~S~N和P~?~N疲劳预估等效方程,以比对不同级配的ATB-30疲劳特性,得出CA比较大的级配具有较高的抗疲劳特性。因此,本文选定CA=0.82作为最佳设计级配,并从实际路面荷载间歇时间、裂缝扩展和气候条件等影响因素,选取合适的系数来修正室内疲劳试验,对疲劳寿命进行预估计算,为路面设计和材料选择提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction, according to the characteristics of the highway built in our country, the number of small vehicles is increasing year by year, the axle load of large vehicles is heavy, the traffic volume is large, and so on. Compared with the traditional semi-rigid materials, the pavement paved with asphalt stabilized macadam with dense gradation has the characteristics of good temperature stability, strong durability and excellent fatigue resistance. The compacted asphalt stabilized macadam mixture can not only have high fatigue resistance and flexural tensile strength, but also have high strength and durability. At the same time, it can alleviate the damage of reflection crack and water damage of asphalt pavement, prolong the service life of asphalt pavement, and have important practical significance and economic benefit to improve the use quality of asphalt pavement. Based on the analysis of the development situation of asphalt stabilized macadam mixture at home and abroad, this paper selects the Bailey method to design 0.9? In order to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction in construction, ATB-30 with four different CA ratios is formed by SGC rotary compaction, and it has good performance in operation. In this paper, compaction characteristics are analyzed by slope of compaction curve and energy index. It is concluded that compaction is easy when CA=0.82 is in construction and it is not easy to produce compaction deformation after opening traffic. Through indoor trabecular bending fatigue test, the probability distribution of Weibull is applied. In this paper, we establish and analyze the different reliability of Pu Sn and Pu? In order to compare the fatigue characteristics of ATB-30 with different gradation, it is concluded that the larger CA gradation has higher fatigue resistance. Therefore, CA=0.82 is chosen as the best design grade, and the actual load interval time of pavement is analyzed. The influence factors such as crack propagation and climate conditions are selected to modify the indoor fatigue test and the fatigue life is estimated and calculated to provide a reference for pavement design and material selection.
