基于自然约束语言的多目标泊位—岸桥计划干扰恢复研究

【摘要】:集装箱码头实际船舶靠泊和装卸过程中经常会出现各种干扰事件,如船舶晚点到达产生的抢班作业、因恶劣天气导致船舶作业延误、设备故障及生产事故等等,这些干扰事件的发生会打乱原有泊位及岸桥分配计划,使原计划不能正常执行,甚至不可行。因此需要对原计划进行调整,尽量减少干扰事件对系统产生负面影响。对这类问题的研究,不仅有一般理论研究意义,往往更具有实际应用价值,特别是更符合在支线港、喂给港及内贸集装箱码头的生产情况和泊位调度优化需求。本文对集装箱码头靠泊作业中出现的干扰事件进行了来源分析及分类,借鉴干扰管理的思想,根据不同干扰因素对泊位-岸桥计划干扰程度的不同,制定出相应的岸桥调整策略与泊位调整策略。在此基础上,利用一阶数理逻辑分别对多目标岸桥调度干扰恢复与多目标泊位调度干扰恢复进行建模描述,模型综合考虑船舶客户不满意度指标、船舶靠泊位置较原计划偏离及码头岸桥作业的成本。在求解上,考虑到该问题是一个典型的NP问题,本文尝试采用以数理逻辑为语法的自然约束语言(NCL)对该问题进行求解,设计了基于最小松弛度与顺序性的NCL的求解规则,采用基于字典顺序的求解方法进行求解。通过具体实例,对模型进行了求解验证,并且与单目标干扰恢复方法的进行了对比分析。结果表明,在规定的求解时间内,多目标泊位-岸桥干扰恢复方法相比单目标恢复方法具有一定的优越性,基于NCL的求解规则能够有效及高效地对船舶泊位-岸桥计划进行干扰恢复,为集装箱码头实际生产运作提供一定的指导。
[Abstract]:During the actual ship berthing and loading and unloading process of container terminal, there are often various kinds of interference events, such as the scrambling operation caused by the late arrival of the ship, the delay of the ship operation due to the bad weather, the equipment breakdown and the production accident, and so on. The occurrence of these disturbance events will disrupt the original berth and shore bridge allocation plan, which will make the original plan unworkable or even feasible. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the original plan. The study of such problems is not only of general theoretical significance, but also of practical application value, especially in feeder ports. The production situation and berth scheduling optimization demand of feed port and domestic trade container terminal. In this paper, the source analysis and classification of interference events in container terminal berthing operation are carried out, and the idea of interference management is used for reference. According to the different interference factors on berth and berth planning, the corresponding adjustment strategy and berth adjustment strategy are worked out. The first order mathematical logic is used to model and describe the disturbance recovery of multi-objective shore bridge scheduling and multi-objective berth scheduling respectively. The model considers the ship customer dissatisfactory index synthetically. The ship berthing position deviates from the original plan and the cost of the operation of the quayside bridge. Considering that the problem is a typical NP problem, this paper attempts to solve the problem by using the natural constraint language (NCLs), which takes mathematical logic as the syntax. In this paper, the solution rules of NCL based on minimum relaxation and sequence are designed, and the method based on dictionary sequence is used to solve the problem. The results show that the multi-target berth / shore bridge restoration method has some advantages over the single target restoration method. The solving rules based on NCL can effectively and efficiently recover the ship berth-shore bridge plan and provide some guidance for the actual operation of container terminal.
