水发泡温拌再生沥青混合料配合比设计及体积参数试验研究

【摘要】:我国高等级公路以沥青路面为主,传统的热拌沥青混合料必须在高温下进行拌合和摊铺、压实,不但消耗大量的能源,同时排放大量有害气体,污染环境。此外,我国许多高等级公路即将进入大修期,翻修过程中将产生大量的废旧沥青混合料,如何处理这些废旧料也成为我们亟待解决的难题。水发泡温拌再生技术是改善这两个方面的绿色环保新技术,不但能够降低混合料的拌合和压实温度,而且将再生旧料利用起来,减少新矿料和新沥青的加入量,起到了节能减排、保护环境的良好效果。 本文研究水发泡温拌再生技术及其混合料的体积参数变化规律,包括废旧沥青的预处理,水发泡沥青混合料配合比设计,废旧料对水发泡再生沥青混合料体积参数和路用性能的影响等关键技术。运用自行研制的一套室内沥青发泡设备进行沥青发泡试验研究,主要得出以下结论: 1)随着发泡用水量的提高,发泡沥青膨胀倍率增加,半衰期降低,1.5%用水量下的沥青发泡效果最适宜。发泡沥青和不发泡对比研究,发现普通基质沥青和改性沥青的针入度分别增加了5.9%和4.5%,软化点分别降低了5.7%和5.8%。发泡沥青的DSR粘性部分和弹性部分均有所降低。 2)采用马歇尔击实设计方法,运用正交设计思路进行配合比设计,,得出水发泡温拌沥青混合料最适宜的配合比设计因素组合是击实次数75次,发泡用水量1.5%,沥青含量4.9%和击实温度150℃左右,实现降温10℃左右。 3)用Superpave设计方法进行混合料配合比设计,发现水发泡温拌混合料的最适宜压实温度在145℃附近,和热拌相比降温15℃左右。和热拌相比,在混合料压实过程中,水发泡温拌沥青混合料在压实前期更易于压实。 4)保证混合料级配基本一致的前提下,掺加再生旧料对水发泡温拌再生沥青混合料的体积参数进行研究,发现在同样的沥青含量下,再生料掺量相同时,掺加粗再生料时空隙率最大,掺加细再生料时空隙率最小;掺量变化时,随着掺量的增加,混合料空隙率降低,其他体积参数也有相应的变化。最终得出混合料的最佳沥青含量。 5)混合料路用性能验证结果表明,掺加再生料后,混合料的抗车辙性能高,抗水损害性能降低,且掺加细再生料的混合料水稳定性能最差。
[Abstract]:The traditional hot mix asphalt mixture must be mixed and spread at high temperature, which not only consumes a lot of energy, but also emits a lot of harmful gases and pollutes the environment. Many high-grade highways in China are about to enter the overhaul period, and a large number of used asphalt mixtures will be produced in the course of renovation. How to deal with these waste materials also becomes a difficult problem to be solved urgently. The technology of water foaming and warm mixing and recycling is a new technology of improving green environmental protection in these two aspects, which can not only reduce the mixing and compaction temperature of the mixture, Moreover, it can reduce the addition of new mineral aggregate and bitumen, which can save energy and reduce emissions, and protect the environment. In this paper, the technology of water foaming warm mixing and recycling and its volume parameter change rule are studied, including pretreatment of waste asphalt, mix proportion design of water foamed asphalt mixture, The influence of waste materials on the volume parameters and road performance of recycled asphalt mixture with water foaming is studied by using a set of indoor asphalt foaming equipment developed by ourselves. The main conclusions are as follows:. 1) with the increase of foaming water consumption, the expansion rate of foamed asphalt increases, and the effect of asphalt foaming is most suitable when the half-life is reduced by 1.5% water. It is found that the penetration of common asphalt and modified asphalt increases by 5.9% and 4.5, respectively, and the softening point decreases by 5.7% and 5.8.The DSR viscosity and elastic parts of foamed asphalt are decreased. 2) by using Marshall compaction design method and orthogonal design method, it is concluded that the most suitable mix proportion design factor combination of water foaming and warm mix asphalt mixture is 75 compaction times. The foaming water consumption is 1.5, the asphalt content is 4.9% and the compaction temperature is about 150 鈩
