对浅山区城市道路规划设计方法的探讨与研究

【摘要】:浅山区所处的地理位置,介于山区与城市的交界地带,有着山区的特征,但也已受到城镇化的影响,这类区域正是北京市大力支持与发展的对象,倍受各级市领导的关照,尤其是北京市门头沟区的发展建设,有着改善当地人民群众的生活和居住条件的重要意义。发展这类区域,首先要考虑其基础设施的建设,在基础设施建设中,城市道路系统的规划设计是重点的环节,是保障区域内部交通出行的根本所在。浅山区地势起伏较大,连绵起伏但海拔较低的山体、蜿蜒的河流,起伏的台地等地形相融合,其城市道路在此范围内穿行,其规划设计不仅要服务于人、机动车、非机动车等,还要与地势地貌和景观环境相协调,达到道路与自然环境、人文景观的和谐统一。目前对浅山区的城市道路规划设计的分析研究还处于刚刚起步的阶段,尚没有成型的经验和规范,本文结合浅山区的具体特征,对受地质、地貌、人文、经济、环境、景观、经济等众多因素控制与制约的浅山区城市道路从多角度进行研究分析,采用描述性研究法、经验总结法、定性分析与定量分析相结合等研究方法,依据几年来在浅山区道路规划设计中所遇到的问题和总结的经验,以门头沟地区的项目为例,总结浅山区城市道路规划设计的方法,从而对今后类似工作提供一些技术参考。
[Abstract]:The geographical position of the shallow mountain area lies between the mountain area and the city. It has the characteristics of the mountainous area, but it has also been affected by urbanization. This kind of area is precisely the object of Beijing's vigorous support and development, and has been taken care of by city leaders at all levels. In particular, the development and construction of the Mentougou District in Beijing is of great significance in improving the living and living conditions of the local people. The planning and design of the urban road system is the key link and the fundamental part of ensuring the transportation within the region. The terrain of the shallow mountainous area is large and undulating, but the elevation is relatively low, the meandering rivers, the undulating terraces, and so on. The planning and design of urban roads should not only serve people, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles, but also coordinate with the topography and landscape environment to reach the road and natural environment. At present, the analysis and research of urban road planning and design in shallow mountainous area is still in its infancy, and there is no formative experience and standard. This paper combines the specific characteristics of shallow mountain area, and analyzes the geology, geomorphology and humanity. The urban roads in shallow mountainous areas which are controlled and restricted by many factors, such as economy, environment, landscape, economy, etc., are studied and analyzed from many angles. The methods of descriptive research, experience summarization, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are adopted. Based on the problems encountered in the planning and design of roads in shallow mountainous areas in recent years and the summing up of experiences, taking the project in Mentougou area as an example, this paper summarizes the methods of road planning and design in shallow mountainous areas, thus providing some technical references for similar work in the future.
