现代有轨电车城市适用性评价研究

【摘要】:现代有轨电车是一种中低运量的城市公共交通方式,因其具有运能适中、运行速度高、安全性好、旅客舒适度高、节能环保、美观、投资低、建设周期短等诸多优点,目前已经在欧美发达国家的很多城市得到了广泛的应用,近年来,国内的很多城市也在积极规划建设现代有轨电车。本文从现代有轨电车自身的特点及国外城市的成功应用的案例入手,应用AHP-模糊综合评价方法,对现代有轨电车的城市适用性做出评价。首先,本文分析了现代有轨电车的系统组成及技术特点,之后将现代有轨电车与地铁、轻轨、BRT、常规公交等其他公共交通方式做出比较,得出其在运能、运行速度、经济性、环保性等方面的特点,从而总结出现代有轨电车的优缺点。其次,通过分析现代有轨电车在法国巴黎市、里昂市、南特市的开行案例及其在国内一些城市的应用情况,总结出现代有轨电车三种典型的应用模式及各种应用模式所适应的城市的特点。最后,运用AHP-模糊综合评价模型来评价现代有轨电车的城市适用性。选取了城市现状与发展规划、城市交通现状与规划、技术可行性、经济可行性、社会效益五个准则层16个评价指标,建立了评价指标体系,之后用AHP计算指标权重;采用专家调查法对各指标进行打分,之后用综合满意度函数法计算出现代有轨电车城市适用性的综合满意度值。建立评价模型后,以成都市新津县为评价实例,最终得到现代有轨电车在新津县的适应性较好,同时验证了本模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:The modern tram is a city public transportation means a low volume, because of its moderate capacity, high speed, good safety, passenger comfort, energy saving and environmental protection, beautiful appearance, low investment, short construction period and many other advantages, has been in the city a lot of western developed countries has been widely used. In recent years, many city in the country is also actively planning the construction of modern tram. The successful application of modern tram features themselves and the case of foreign city, the application of AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make evaluation for city tram to modern. First, this paper analyzes the modern composition and the technical characteristics of the system after the tram, the modern tram and subway, light rail, BRT, made a comparison between the conventional bus and other public transport, the transport capacity in the economy, speed, environmental protection, etc. The characteristics, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of generation trams. Secondly, through the analysis of modern tram in the French city of Paris, Lyon, Nantes, CDB case and its application in some domestic city, summed up the modern characteristics to adapt to the tram three typical application mode and application mode the city. Finally, using AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the applicability of the modern city tram. The city status and development planning, economic feasibility and actuality of the city traffic planning, technical feasibility, social benefit, five layers of 16 evaluation indexes, evaluation index system is established, then calculate the index weight AHP; scoring for each index by expert investigation method, followed by the overall satisfaction function method to calculate the comprehensive satisfaction for the tram city the applicability of the evaluation model is established. After that, taking Xinjin County of Chengdu as an evaluation example, the adaptability of modern tram in Xinjin county is better, and the feasibility of this model is verified.
