沥青路面网裂表面处治材料应用与研究

【摘要】:沥青路面因施工条件有限、基层养护和强度不足以及重载车辆反复荷载的作用下,会产生沉陷、龟裂和网裂病害,急需进行有效处治,以减少雨水侵入破坏路面结构。由于出现的龟裂和网裂缝隙小且密集,传统的一些处治方法难以实施,效果不佳,在当前养护经费有限、路面不便长时间封闭施工的不利条件下,如何低成本高效地切实解决沥青路面龟裂和网裂病害,延长沥青路面使用寿命是路面养护的重要问题。论文通过在局部发生网裂的沥青路面表面喷洒和人工涂布由特种防水乳液和防滑骨料组成的表面处治材料,利用防水乳液渗透破乳封缝和防滑骨料耐磨粗糙性能同时达到表面防水和抗滑的目的。首先通过乳液基本性能试验研究了两种防水的固含量和固体残留物的针入度、软化点以及延度,并且利用乳液贮存稳定性试验与破乳速度试验研究了材料长期贮存的可行性和路面施工所需要的破乳时间。实验结果显示两种乳液固含量均大于50%,RT-1000针入度大于160dmm,远高于RT-10000的62.6dmm,而软化点小于25℃,远低于RT-10000的57.2℃,延度大于100mm,高于RT-10000的73mm,这表明RT-1000材质较软,稠度较小,变形性较好,但高温性能较差;此外RT-1000乳液更适合于长期贮存并且施工所需破乳时间更短。其次,在试验段进行施工并通过跟踪的渗水系数测试、摩擦系数测试和铺砂法构造深度测试评价路面渗水性能和抗滑性能,同时通过现场观察与拍照评估路面抗开裂性能与耐磨耗性能。试验结果表明两种乳液都可以使路面渗水系数降为0,而RT-1000处治后的路面粗糙度更低但抗滑性能较差。除此之外,RT-1000处治后的路面能保持比RT-10000更好的抗开裂性能与耐磨耗性能,而渗透效果也证明RT-1000修复效果要好于RT-10000。最后,选用性能更好的RT-1000乳液,利用同步碎石封层车成功实现了乳液与精细耐磨骨料同步施工,在沥青路面网裂上形成3mm超薄耐磨封层。表面处治1年后,在处治路段和非处治路段分别钻芯取样,回收沥青进行性能检测,证实了RT-1000渗透大于10mm,能有效提高沥青针入度,降低沥青模量,具有很好的再生还原,表面抗滑和封缝防水作用。

The purpose of both surface waterproofing and anti-skid resistance is achieved by using waterproof emulsion penetration and emulsion breaking sealant and anti-skid aggregate abrasion and roughness. Firstly, the solid content of two kinds of waterproofing and the penetration degree of solid residue are studied through the basic properties of emulsion. Softening point and ductility, The feasibility of long-term storage and the demulsifying time required for pavement construction were studied by using emulsion storage stability test and demulsifying speed test. The results showed that the solid content of both emulsions was greater than 50 / RT-1000 and the penetration was more than 160 dmm.
