面向车辆租赁的远程监控与决策方法的研究

【摘要】:如何提高租赁公司对汽车的有效管理以及保证车辆的安全运行是汽车租赁行业急需解决的问题。本文提出一种基于Web的云平台,并对车辆的远程监控与决策方法等关键技术进行了研究。论文的主要工作如下:(1)提出了基于Web的车辆租赁云服务平台,开发了车辆展示,租金测算,订单填写,订单管理,车型管理,用户管理,服务提醒,实时监控,远程诊断与决策以及路径规划等功能模块。为提高Web平台的稳定性与伸缩性,将云计算技术引入其中。(2)制定了数据采集终端与服务器之间的通讯协议,设计了基于ORACLE的数据库系统及远程服务平台,平台开发了一个SOCKET常连接程序接收数据采集终端上传的数据,解析之后存储到数据库,最终在界面上展示出来。(3)基于本体,建立了汽车故障诊断本体模型,提出了基于规则与历史案例推理的的诊断决策方法,设计了汽车诊断规则与诊断历史案例库,开发了具有可视化能力的界面,将故障原因、故障地点、维修建议、最佳维修点等直观地呈现给用户。(4)基于混沌蚁群算法对车辆前往维修点的行驶路径进行规划,构建了距离最短的算法模型,在算法的概率转移中引入混沌扰动防止算法陷入局部最优,在蚁群选择下一跳节点时,通过欧式距离筛选邻节点,提高了算法搜索效率。以绿途公司车辆租赁为应用对象,对系统的功能及可靠性进行了测试与验证。结果表明,系统在性能和可操作性上都有较大优势,具有一定的推广意义。
[Abstract]:How to improve the efficient management of the car and ensure the safe operation of the car is an urgent problem to be solved in the car rental industry. This paper presents a cloud platform based on Web. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. This paper proposes a cloud service platform for vehicle rental based on Web, develops vehicle display, rent calculation, order filling, order management, and so on. Model management, user management, service reminder, real-time monitoring, remote diagnosis and decision making, path planning and other functional modules. In order to improve the stability and scalability of the Web platform, The communication protocol between data acquisition terminal and server is established, and the database system and remote service platform based on ORACLE are designed. The platform has developed a SOCKET routine to receive the data uploaded by the data acquisition terminal, then parsed it and stored it into the database. Finally, the model of automobile fault diagnosis ontology is established based on ontology, which is displayed on the interface. This paper presents a diagnosis decision method based on rule and historical case reasoning, designs the automobile diagnosis rule and diagnosis history case base, develops the interface with visual ability, and proposes the fault cause, fault location, maintenance suggestion, etc. The optimal maintenance points are presented to the user intuitively. (4) based on chaotic ant colony algorithm, the route of vehicle to the maintenance point is planned, and the shortest distance algorithm model is constructed. The chaos disturbance is introduced into the probability transfer of the algorithm to prevent the algorithm from falling into the local optimum. When the ant colony selects the next hop node, the search efficiency is improved by the Euclidean distance selection. The function and reliability of the system are tested and verified. The results show that the system has great advantages in performance and maneuverability and has certain popularization significance.
