基于Superpave的机场环氧沥青混合料配合比设计

【摘要】:通过对Superpave配合比设计方法原理及特点分析,结合机场特殊荷载条件,展开对机场道面环氧沥青混合料配合比设计的研究。结果表明:考虑到飞机荷载的特殊性,推荐选用设计旋转压实次数为80次,设计压实次数下的空隙率和矿料间隙率为确定环氧沥青用量的体积设计指标,并以初始旋转压实次数的压实度和最大旋转压实次数下的压实度作为最佳环氧沥青用量的验证指标。最后通过选择两种集料进行配合比设计,通过对比分析选择最优级配,并确定最佳沥青用量为5.12%。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the principle and characteristics of the Superpave mix design method and the special loading conditions of the airport, the study on the mix ratio design of the epoxy asphalt mixture on the airport pavement is carried out. The results show that considering the particularity of the aircraft load, It is recommended that the design rotational compaction times be 80 times, the void ratio and mineral aggregate clearance ratio under the design compaction number be selected as the volume design index to determine the epoxy asphalt dosage. The compaction degree of the initial rotational compaction number and the compaction degree under the maximum rotational compaction number are taken as the verification index of the optimum epoxy asphalt content. Finally, the optimum gradation is selected by selecting two kinds of aggregates for the mix ratio design. The optimum asphalt content is determined to be 5.12%.
