干线协调下的公交优先适宜性分析与优化建议

【摘要】:伴随着我国经济水平的快速发展和城市化进程的不断加快,城市机动车保有量越来越大,而道路基础设施的建设速度远远不能满足不断增长的交通需求,由此带来了交通拥堵、尾气污染、交通事故等一系列的城市交通问题。干线信号协调控制和公交优先策略在当代社会被认为是解决城市交通问题的两种重要方法。干线信号协调控制可以通过各交叉口之间的协调联动来实现干线交通流的连续运行,从而提高干线的通行能力,缓解交通拥堵。公交优先可以保障公交车辆的优先通行,减少公交车延误,从而提高公交车的服务水平。然而,干线信号协调控制与公交优先策略所追求的效益不同,前者追求社会车辆的效益最大,而后者只追求公交车辆的效益最大。因此,在干线协调下实施公交优先时,公交车辆和社会车辆的利益会相互干扰,而前人对这一现象的研究尚有一些不足之处,鉴于此,本文展开了学术研究。本文首先阐述了干线信号协调控制和公交优先策略的相关基础理论,为干线协调下的公交优先研究奠定理论基础;接着以合肥市望江西路为例在交通仿真软件VISSIM上进行干线协调下公交优先的实例仿真研究,将此干线上的公交车占社会车辆的比例、公交车的发车频率、公交车在各站点的平均停靠时间作为三个关键因素,根据综合交通效益指标(PI)的结果进行适宜性分析,探究在干线协调下最适宜实施公交优先的状况;最后基于适宜性分析的结果,对干线信号协调控制方案和公交优先方案分别进行优化,从而提高干线的整体通行效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economic level and the accelerating process of urbanization, the number of urban motor vehicles is increasing, and the construction speed of road infrastructure is far from meeting the increasing traffic demand, which brings traffic congestion. Tail gas pollution, A series of urban traffic problems, such as traffic accidents, are considered to be two important methods to solve urban traffic problems in modern society. The coordination and linkage between the forks to realize the continuous operation of the trunk traffic flow, So as to improve the traffic capacity of the trunk lines, alleviate traffic congestion. Bus priority can protect the priority of public transport vehicles, reduce bus delays, thereby improving the bus service level. The coordinated control of trunk signals is different from the benefits pursued by the bus priority strategy. The former pursues the greatest benefits of social vehicles, while the latter only pursues the greatest benefits of public transport vehicles. Therefore, when implementing public transport priority under the coordination of trunk lines, The interests of public transport vehicles and social vehicles will interfere with each other, but previous studies on this phenomenon have some shortcomings, in view of this, In this paper, academic research has been carried out. Firstly, the related basic theories of trunk signal coordination control and bus priority strategy have been expounded in this paper, which will lay a theoretical foundation for the study of bus priority under trunk line coordination. Then take Wangjiang West Road in Hefei City as an example to carry out the simulation study of bus priority under the coordination of trunk lines on the traffic simulation software VISSIM. The proportion of buses on this trunk line to social vehicles and the departure frequency of buses are put forward. As three key factors, the average stop time of bus in each station is analyzed according to the result of comprehensive traffic benefit index (PI), and the condition that bus priority is best implemented under the coordination of trunk lines is explored. Finally, based on the results of suitability analysis, the coordinated control scheme of trunk line signal and the bus priority scheme are optimized respectively, so as to improve the overall traffic efficiency of the trunk line.
