轻轨站台智能门控系统关键技术研究

【摘要】:轻轨站台智能门控系统是保障列车运行安全、提高运营效率的重要设备,其作用是实现列车运行安全控制、定位停车后列车门与屏蔽门的联动。为了摆脱国外在相关领域的技术垄断,促进我国城市轨道交通装备的进步,针对国内门控技术的现状,研究和掌握轻轨站台智能门控系统关键技术具有重要意义。本文分析了轻轨站台智能门控系统的基本构成和工作原理,并完成了关键部件的系统设计。论文在门控单元设计上采用一个中央控制器同时控制两个安全门,实现两个门同时启动、同时关闭,达到安全门定位准确、易于控制的目标;采用直流无刷电动机作为驱动部件,保证系统输出的力矩和转速稳定,并且在同样功率输出情况下,体积较小、所耗功率也较小;在智能网关设计中,通过CAN和MODBUS实现了门控单元和主控制器的双向通信;电源系统采用了先进的UPS,全数字处理,使控制电路、参数设定和运行管理更加完美,自检和自侦测功能更加强大。实践证明:通过开展本课题研究,极大地保证了轻轨站台智能门控系统运行的稳定性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:The intelligent gate control system of light rail platform is an important equipment to ensure the safety of train operation and improve the efficiency of operation. Its function is to realize the safety control of train operation. In order to get rid of the foreign technology monopoly in related fields and promote the progress of the equipment of urban rail transit in our country, aiming at the present situation of gate control technology in China, It is of great significance to study and master the key technologies of intelligent gate control system for light rail platform. This paper analyzes the basic structure and working principle of intelligent gate control system for light rail platform. The system design of key components is completed. In the design of gate control unit, one central controller is used to control two safety gates simultaneously, to realize the two gates to start simultaneously and close at the same time, so as to achieve the goal of accurate positioning and easy control of the safety door. The DC brushless motor is used as the driving component to ensure the stability of the torque and rotational speed of the system, and in the case of the same power output, the volume is smaller and the power consumption is smaller. In the design of the intelligent gateway, the DC brushless motor is used as the driving component. The bi-directional communication between the gate control unit and the main controller is realized through CAN and MODBUS, and the power supply system adopts advanced UPS-all-digital processing, which makes the control circuit, parameter setting and operation management more perfect. The self-inspection and self-detection functions are more powerful. The practice proves that the stability and reliability of the intelligent gate control system of the light rail platform are greatly guaranteed by the research of this subject.
