水发泡温拌再生沥青混合料高低温性能的研究

【摘要】:随着经济快速发展,我国高速公路建设事业迎来了高速发展的时期,沥青路面得到了广泛的应用。然而由于沥青混合料自身的特性,其带来的病害问题也越来越严重,在众多病害中,尤以车辙和开裂最为普遍和典型。此外,道路的维护会产生大量的废旧沥青混合料(RAP),若将这些废旧沥青混合料直接丢弃不仅会造成生态环境的破坏,而且还会浪费我国本来就不充足的沥青材料资源,不符合我国可持续发展的原则。所以沥青混合料再生技术应运而生,水发泡温拌再生沥青混合料技术就是其中比较先进的一种。水发泡温拌再生沥青混合料技术不仅能满足工程技术要求,而且能有效的回收利用再生沥青混合料(RAP),同时节约资源、降低能耗,符合当今可持续发展的要求。本文对水发泡沥青的制备以及水发泡沥青混合料高低温性能进行了重点研究,主要包含了以下几个方面:对水发泡沥青发泡原理的探讨;实验室用发泡设备的参数调试及确定;参照国内外文献介绍的设计方法,设计了水发泡温拌再生沥青混合料;对水发泡温拌再生沥青混合料的高低温性能进行主要研究。试验结果表明:①发泡机设定发泡温度为165℃,气压100bar,用水量为1.5%为宜;②马歇尔击实试验和Superpave旋转压实试验均可以用于水发泡温拌再生沥青混合料的设计,其高低温性能满足规范要求;③掺加再生料时,会提高沥青混合料的抗车辙性能,且沥青混合料的抗车辙性能随着再生料掺加的比例提高而提高;当掺量相同时,掺加分档后的再生料的混合料其抗车辙性能比掺加不分档的再生料的混合料较为优越,并且其增加比例比再生料不分档时大;当旧沥青混合料中沥青参与度为75%时,对比沥青参与度为100%时,其抗车辙性能下降,且降低程度与再生料掺量成反比;④掺加再生料时,会降低沥青混合料的低温小梁弯曲性能,且沥青混合料的低温小梁弯曲性能随着再生料掺加的比例的提高而降低;当掺量相同时,掺加分档后的再生料的混合料低温小梁弯曲性能比掺加不分档的再生料的混合料较为优越,但是其总体趋势仍是随着再生料的加入,混合料的低温小梁弯曲性能下降;当旧沥青混合料中沥青参与度为75%时,对比沥青参与度为100%时,其低温小梁弯曲性能提高,且提高程度与再生料掺量成正比。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the construction of highway in our country has ushered in a period of rapid development, and the asphalt pavement has been widely used. However, due to the characteristics of asphalt mixture itself, the disease problem caused by asphalt mixture is becoming more and more serious. Among the many diseases, rutting and cracking are the most common and typical ones. In addition, maintenance of roads will produce a large number of waste asphalt mixtures, if these waste asphalt mixtures are discarded directly, it will not only cause damage to the ecological environment, Moreover, it will also waste the natural inadequate asphalt material resources in our country, which does not conform to the principle of sustainable development in our country. Therefore, the asphalt mixture recycling technology has emerged as the times require. The technology of water foaming and warm mixing recycled asphalt mixture is one of the more advanced ones. The technology of water foaming warm mixed recycled asphalt mixture can not only meet the requirements of engineering technology, but also can effectively recycle the recycled asphalt mixture and save resources. In this paper, the preparation of water-foamed asphalt and the high and low temperature performance of water-foamed asphalt mixture are studied. The paper mainly includes the following aspects: the discussion on the foaming principle of water-foamed asphalt, the debugging and determination of the parameters of the laboratory foaming equipment, and the design method of the water-foaming warm mixing recycled asphalt mixture according to the design method introduced in the literature at home and abroad.
