大城市定制公交服务体系研究

【摘要】:面对日益扩大的城市规模,城市居民的出行量大幅增加,乘坐私家车出行是有经济实力的白领和私家车主的首选。然而机动车保有量的迅速增长带来许多问题,例如道路使用率降低、城市道路拥堵严重、机动车怠速导致尾气污染环境等等。要控制私家车的出行,不能仅仅依靠限制,而应当通过提升公共交通的服务质量提高吸引力,使更多的私家车主选择公共交通。定制公交在这样的背景下应运而生,这种具有其自身特点的新型公共交通出行模式发展迅速,其主要面向的是在城市中心区以及商务区工作的公司白领及私家车主,这些人的出行目的地较为固定。定制公交的开展有利于缓解城市交通拥堵,使交通出行中人均占用道路面积降低,有效减少私家车的出行量。定制公交还具有服务水平高,能满足乘客的个性化和多样化需求等特点。北京市自2013年开通定制公交以来,发展迅速,为通勤距离过远的乘客提供门到门的服务,而且有效的降低了高峰时期私家车的出行率。定制公交在我国还处于起步阶段,目前只有个别城市开通,在服务体系方面没有统一的标准。本文主要通过对定制公交的开通条件、线路规划、服务系统的研究,为定制公交的开通制定一套完善的流程,为以后其他城市开通定制公交的交通工程师和公司提供参考。
[Abstract]:In the face of the ever-expanding city scale, the number of urban residents travelling has increased dramatically, and private car travel is the first choice for white-collar workers and private car owners with economic power. However, the rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles has brought many problems. For example, the rate of use of roads is reduced, the urban roads are congested seriously, the exhaust gas pollution caused by motor vehicle idling is serious, and so on. To control the travel of private cars, we should not just rely on restrictions, but should enhance the attractiveness by improving the service quality of public transport. Making more private car owners choose public transport. Under this background, custom-built public transport emerges as the times require. This new public transport travel mode with its own characteristics has developed rapidly. The main targets are white-collar workers and private car owners who work in urban centers and business districts, where their travel destinations are relatively fixed. Custom public transport can help ease urban traffic jams. The per capita occupied road area in traffic travel is reduced, and the private car travel volume is effectively reduced. The custom-made public transport also has the characteristics of high service level, which can meet the individual and diversified needs of passengers. Since 2013, Beijing has opened custom-made public transport. Rapid development, providing door-to-door services for passengers who commute too far, and effectively reducing the travel rate of private cars during rush hours. Custom-built public transport is still in its infancy in China, and only a few cities are open at present. There is no uniform standard in the service system. Through the research on the opening conditions, route planning and service system of custom-built public transport, this paper formulates a set of perfect process for the opening of custom-made public transport. For other cities to open customized public transport engineers and companies to provide reference.
