【摘要】:历史街区作为城市文化、历史的传承与记载,其在整个城市发展进程中扮演着重要而独特的角色。随着城市经济飞速发展,居民机动车保有量持续增加,历史街区中各类商业、文化、旅游等产业繁荣发展,由此引起历史街区中的各类停车需求剧增。为了缓解当前历史街区停车设施供不应求的现状,尽可能降低停车行为对历史街区道路动态交通的影响。本文在对关于我国城市中心区、历史街区及老城区的停车设施规划研究基础之上,结合历史街区自身道路及交通量等现状条件,分别从历史街区停车设施需求预测、路边停车设施规划和路外停车设施规划等三个方面对历史街区公共停车设施规划进行研究:(1)历史街区停车设施需求预测。主要通过对国内外的停车需求预测模型对比分析及对各个模型的优缺点进行评价,针对历史街区的时代特征和用地性质特征提出了适用于历史街区的公共停车设施需求预测模型,同时以西安市历史街区为例对提出的停车需求预测模型进行验证。(2)历史街区路边停车设施规划研究。主要通过对设置路边停车设施的道路条件和交通量条件以及定量依据进行重点分析的基础上,建立了适用于历史街区的基于广义费用最小的路边停车设施规模模型,并对其进行了求解分析,同时以西安市历史街区为例对建立的模型进行了实例应用及验证分析,此外还总结出历史街区路边停车设施位置选择方法。(3)历史街区路外停车设施规划研究。主要通过综合考虑尽可能提高车辆可达性、缩短居民出行步行距离、降低相邻路外停车场服务半径覆盖范围重叠度等因素,从而提出了基于广义距离之和最短且相邻停车场服务半径覆盖范围重叠度最小的路外停车设施规划选址模型,并以西安市历史街区为例对模型进行了简化求解和实例验证分析。另外通过对不同停车设施建造形式对比分析以及对构筑地势高差斜向泊车系统新技术的应用,提出了历史街区中宜尽量采用地下停车库和立体式停车楼(库),推广采用构筑地势高差斜向泊车系统的建议。本文对历史街区公共停车设施的规划研究为解决历史街区停车相关问题提供有效手段和设计方法;也为今后历史街区的规划与改造提供理论基础和借鉴依据。
[Abstract]:As a city culture, historical district plays an important and unique role in the whole process of urban development. With the rapid development of urban economy, the number of residents' motor vehicle ownership continues to increase. Cultural, tourism and other industries have flourished, resulting in a sharp increase in the demand for parking in historic blocks. In order to alleviate the shortage of parking facilities in historical blocks, Based on the research on parking facilities planning of urban center, historical block and old urban area in China, the influence of parking behavior on road dynamic traffic in historical block is minimized as far as possible. Combining with the current conditions of road and traffic volume in historical blocks, the demand for parking facilities in historical blocks is predicted separately. Study on the Planning of Public parking facilities in Historical blocks from three aspects: roadside parking facilities Planning and Off-Road parking facilities Planning; forecasting the demand for parking facilities in Historic blocks, mainly through the prediction model of parking demand at home and abroad. Comparative analysis and evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of each model, According to the characteristics of the historical district and the nature of the land, this paper puts forward a forecasting model of the demand for the public parking facilities, which is suitable for the historical district. At the same time, taking Xi'an historic block as an example, the forecast model of parking demand is verified. 2) the planning of roadside parking facilities in historic block is studied, mainly through the road conditions and traffic volume conditions of setting up roadside parking facilities. On the basis of quantitative analysis, In this paper, a roadside parking facility scale model based on the minimum generalized cost is established, and the model is solved and analyzed. At the same time, taking Xi'an historic district as an example, the model is applied and verified. In addition, the paper also summarizes the method of choosing the parking facilities on the side of the historic block. The study on the planning of the parking facilities outside the road in the historical block is mainly based on the comprehensive consideration to improve the accessibility of the vehicle as much as possible, and to shorten the walking distance of the residents. By reducing the overlap degree of the service radius of the adjacent off-road parking area, a planning and location model of off-road parking facilities based on the shortest sum of the generalized distance and the minimum overlap degree of the service radius of the adjacent parking lot is proposed. Taking Xi'an historical block as an example, the model is solved and verified by examples. In addition, through the comparative analysis of different parking facilities and the application of the new technology of constructing the oblique parking system with height difference, It is suggested that underground parking garage and three-dimensional parking building (depot) should be used as far as possible in the historical block. The plan and research of public parking facilities in historical district are discussed in order to solve the problem. To provide effective means and design methods for parking related problems in historic blocks; It also provides the theoretical basis and reference basis for the planning and reconstruction of historical blocks in the future.
