皮带出渣条件下TBM掘进与衬砌同步施工技术研究

【摘要】:以往TBM掘进施工过程中不论采用有轨运输方式出渣还是连续皮带出渣,都是TBM掘进完成后施作二次模筑衬砌,工期较长,并且与新奥法施工原理不相符,不利于施工安全,不满足施工周期不断缩短的要求,为此,结合西秦岭隧道施工实践,研究了连续皮带出渣工况下,开敞式TBM与二次模筑混凝土衬砌同步施工技术,并得以成功应用。主要内容包括TBM掘进施工工艺、小边墙施工工艺、二次模筑混凝土衬砌施工工艺及相互之间的协调组织。主要研究内容包括:(1)研制适用的衬砌同步作业台车。衬砌同步作业台车已经研制成功,应用于西秦岭隧道,并取得了良好的效果。(2)TBM掘进、二次衬砌同步施工的同时,台车走行小边墙集中浇筑工艺。台车走行小边墙的设置,要综合考虑隧道永久衬砌结构,在保证台车走行的前提下,减少投入,避免窝工返工和重复作业。(3)衬砌同步作业防水板铺设台车设计以及工艺完善。防水板铺设台车,同样要解决衬砌同步作业台车所面临的管线与连续皮带穿行等问题,在衬砌台车设计制造的基础上设计制造了适用、简单的台车,并形成了作业快捷、移动方便、利于管线与连续皮带穿行的施工工艺。(4)形成工法予以推广。总结本项目在西秦岭隧道的实施经验,形成工法,在相关隧道施工中予以推广;同时结合不同项目的特点继续优化调整衬砌同步作业台车、防水板铺设台车、小边墙施工工艺,优化连续皮带出碴条件下开敞式TBM掘进与二次衬砌同步施工的工艺流程,使之满足新工程的要求。研究了本工程实现衬砌同步作业需要解决的关键问题、可能采取的解决措施、细化各项技术指标和边界条件,反复研讨、多方案对比分析,最终确定了衬砌同步作业施工方案以及衬砌同步作业台车设计方案,在后期台车调试和连续皮带安装过程中进一步细化方案实施细则,使得这个在国际上尚未成功应用的技术难题首次真正得以解决,开创了国内在此领域内的施工先河。
[Abstract]:In the past TBM tunneling construction process, whether by rail transportation or continuous belt slag, is the second formwork lining after the completion of TBM tunneling, the construction period is longer, and it is inconsistent with the construction principle of the new Austrian method, which is not conducive to construction safety. For this reason, combined with the construction practice of West Qinling Tunnel, the construction technology of open TBM and secondary formwork concrete lining under the condition of continuous belt slag extraction is studied. The main contents include the construction technology of TBM tunneling, the construction technology of small side wall, The construction technology and coordination organization of the secondary formwork concrete lining. The main research contents include the development of the suitable lining synchronous working platform, which has been successfully developed and used in the West Qinling Tunnel, Good results have been obtained. The installation of the small side wall should take into account the permanent lining structure of the tunnel comprehensively, and on the premise of ensuring the running of the platform car, Reduce investment, avoid nest rework and repeat work. 3) lining synchronous operation waterproofing board laying platform car design and technology improvement. Waterproof board laying platform car, also need to solve the lining synchronous working platform car faced by pipeline and continuous belt through, etc. On the basis of the design and manufacture of the lining platform car, the suitable and simple platform car is designed and manufactured, and the operation is fast and the movement is convenient. The forming method of pipeline and continuous belt is popularized. The experience of this project in the West Qinling Tunnel is summarized, the construction method is formed, and the method is popularized in the relevant tunnel construction. At the same time, combined with the characteristics of different projects, we continue to optimize and adjust the lining synchronous working platform, waterproof board laying platform, small sidewall construction technology, optimize the process flow of open TBM tunneling and secondary lining synchronous construction under the condition of continuous belt ballast extraction. In order to meet the requirements of the new project, the key problems that need to be solved in the realization of synchronous lining operation in this project, the possible solutions, the refinement of various technical indicators and boundary conditions, the repeated discussion, and the comparative analysis of multiple schemes are studied. Finally, the construction plan of lining synchronous operation and the design scheme of lining synchronous working platform are determined. In the later stage of bench car debugging and continuous belt installation, the detailed implementation rules of the scheme are further refined. This technical problem, which has not been successfully applied in the world, has been solved for the first time, creating the first construction in this field in China.
