斜导管注浆框架梁在路堤边坡变形加固中的应用

【摘要】:为分析公路填方边坡在遇到滑移开裂变形破坏时使用斜导管注浆框架梁的可靠性,通过一个成功的边坡变形病害治理实例,应用ABAQUS有限元三维模拟,分析了斜导管注浆框架梁的适用范围、受力特点、加固前后边坡的稳定变化及加固效果。斜导管注浆方案将复合地基理念引入边坡加固,通过在边坡中植入穿过潜在滑动面的钢管并且注浆,注浆本身让变形体及附近土体成为复合土体,同时起到保护钢管免受锈蚀的作用。钢管类似于加筋体,可直接在滑动面上提供阻滑力。应用斜导管注浆框架梁克服了坡体里缺少较坚硬的锚固段而无法使用预应力锚索、锚杆框架梁的限制,保护既有路基,且施工快速。结论表明斜导管注浆框架梁是一种较理想的处治方法,可为此类治理条件受限的边坡变形破坏提供有益借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the reliability of grouting frame beam with oblique ducts when highway fill slope is subjected to slip cracking and deformation failure, the ABAQUS finite element method is used to simulate the slope deformation disease through a successful treatment example. This paper analyzes the applicable range, stress characteristics, stability change and reinforcement effect of slope before and after reinforcement. The concept of composite foundation is introduced into slope reinforcement by inclined duct grouting scheme. By inserting and grouting steel pipes through potential sliding surfaces in the slope, the grouting itself makes the deformable body and the surrounding soil into composite soil, while protecting the pipe from corrosion. The pipe is similar to a reinforced body. The slanting pipe grouting frame beam is used to overcome the lack of stronger anchoring section in the slope body and can not use the prestressed anchor cable, and the anchor frame beam can protect the existing roadbed. The conclusion shows that the inclined duct grouting frame beam is an ideal treatment method, which can provide useful reference and reference for the slope deformation and failure with limited treatment conditions.
