基于沉降量和沉降速率控制的黄泛区桥头跳车地基处治技术研究

【摘要】:黄河冲积平原区地势平坦,软弱土层深厚。修建在该地区的高速公路多为填方路基,且填筑高度一般较高,而土质又多为粉土、粉质粘土,地下水位较高,因此路基容易发生各类病害。其中,尤以在路桥过渡段发生的差异沉降最为常见,且危害性巨大。因此,为减小差异沉降、避免桥头跳车发生,既需要采取合理的路桥过渡段差异沉降控制标准,也需要选择合适的地基、路基处治技术。然而,目前国内并没有对路桥过渡段差异沉降控制标准进行明确而又统一的规定,常用的地基处治技术也不能有效减小高填土路基工后沉降。本文首先对黄泛区已建高速公路路桥过渡段差异沉降进行调查及分析,提出工后沉降量和工后沉降速率双控制指标。通过FLAC3D数值软件建立路基、路面模型,计算得出路面结构破坏时路基不均匀沉降量,结合高速公路中修时间点,分阶段确定工后沉降速率控制标准,并基于双指标控制标准对黄泛区高速公路常用的地基处治技术进行评价。最后通过室内模型试验和数值模拟分析,研究一种新型的透水性混凝土桩复合地基的承载特性和排水特性,分析桩长、桩间距对沉降量及排水性的影响。本文成果的取得,可为黄泛区高速公路地基处治方式的选择提供新的依据,避免桥头跳车发生。
[Abstract]:The Yellow River alluvial plain area is flat, the soft soil layer is deep, the expressway built in this area is mostly filled with embankment, and the height of filling is generally higher, and the soil quality is mostly silt, silty clay, and the groundwater level is higher. Therefore, subgrade is prone to various kinds of diseases. The differential settlement, especially in the transition section of road and bridge, is the most common and harmful. Therefore, in order to reduce the differential settlement and avoid the bridge head jumping, It is necessary not only to adopt reasonable differential settlement control standard of the transition section of road and bridge, but also to select appropriate foundation and subgrade treatment technology. However, there is no clear and unified regulation on the control standard of differential settlement in the transition section of road and bridge in China. The commonly used foundation treatment techniques can not effectively reduce the post-construction settlement of high fill subgrade. Firstly, this paper investigates and analyzes the differential settlement of the highway and bridge transition section of the built expressway in the flood area of the Yellow River. This paper puts forward the double control indexes of the amount of settlement after construction and the rate of settlement after construction. The model of subgrade and pavement is established by FLAC3D numerical software, and the uneven settlement of roadbed when pavement structure is destroyed is calculated, combined with the time point of middle repair of expressway. The control standard of settlement rate after construction is determined in stages, and the common foundation treatment technology of highway in the flood area of Yellow River is evaluated based on double index control standard. Finally, through indoor model test and numerical simulation analysis, The bearing and drainage characteristics of a new type of permeable concrete pile composite foundation are studied, and the effects of pile length and spacing on settlement and drainage are analyzed. It can provide a new basis for the selection of treatment mode of expressway foundation in the Yellow River flood area and avoid the bridge-head jumping.
