基于客户价值分类的集装箱空箱调运问题研究

【摘要】:世界贸易的不平衡发展使得贸易流不平衡,继而造成了集装箱的供需不平衡。航运公司为了满足客户的用箱需求和自身的发展,就不得不进行空箱的调配操作,这是航运企业发展和运营中不可避免的一大问题。空箱调运问题已经越来越受到学术界和航运企业的重视,并进行了相应的研究。随着集装箱运输实践的深入和时间的推移,提出更加符合实际集装箱运输网络的空箱调运的理论、模型和方法将是十分必要的。基于此,全文的主要研究内容如下:本文通过对集装箱空箱调运系统进行了分析,界定了海上运输与陆上运输相结合的空箱调运系统,并在分析前人研究的结果之上,提出了基于客户价值分类的集装箱空箱调运的思路,即将航运公司当前的客户群按照其价值分类,根据每类客户空箱使用之后给航运公司带来的收益以及为客户配箱的成本,来确定空箱调运的策略。接下来文章应用模糊综合评价法和系统聚类分析法,将航运公司的客户按照其当前价值和潜在价值分成价值客户、次价值客户、潜在价值客户以及低价值客户四大类,并分别计算出每类客户的综合价值权重系数。在此基础上,从提高航运公司的盈利水平出发,基于客户价值的分类以及每类客户的综合价值权重,以航运公司的收益最大为目标建立整数规划模型,并通过算例的验证,以及与传统的不考虑客户价值分类的空箱调运策略相对比,证明了本文模型的可行性,为航运公司决策提供有益的理论支持和方法参考。
[Abstract]:The unbalanced development of world trade makes the trade flow unbalanced, which leads to the imbalance between supply and demand of containers. In order to meet the needs of customers and their own development, shipping companies have to carry out empty container deployment operations. This is an inevitable problem in the development and operation of shipping enterprises. The problem of empty container transportation has been paid more and more attention to by academia and shipping enterprises, and has been studied accordingly. With the development of container transportation practice and the passage of time, It is necessary to put forward the theory, model and method of empty container dispatching which is more in line with the actual container transportation network. Based on this, the main research contents of this paper are as follows: this paper analyzes the empty container dispatching system. This paper defines the empty container dispatching system which combines sea transportation with land transportation, and puts forward the train of thought of empty container transportation based on customer value classification on the basis of analyzing the results of previous studies. That is to say, the current customer base of the shipping company is classified according to its value, according to the benefits to the shipping company after the empty container is used by each type of customer, and the cost of matching the boxes for the customers, Then the paper applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and system cluster analysis method to divide the customers of shipping companies into value customers and sub-value customers according to their current and potential value. There are four categories of potential value customers and low value customers, and the comprehensive value weight coefficient of each customer is calculated respectively. On the basis of this, the profit level of shipping companies is improved. Based on the classification of customer value and the comprehensive value weight of each kind of customer, the integer programming model is established to maximize the profit of shipping company. Compared with the traditional empty container dispatching strategy which does not consider customer value classification, the feasibility of this model is proved, which provides useful theoretical support and method reference for shipping company decision-making.
