单箱三室波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土箱梁剪力滞效应与腹板剪力分配研究

【摘要】:波纹钢腹板箱梁是用波纹钢腹板取代原先的混凝土腹板而成的一种有较好前景的新型桥梁。这种箱梁主要由上、下翼板承担弯矩,波纹钢腹板承担剪力。本文结合前人对箱梁剪力滞效应和腹板剪力分配的研究成果,依据单箱三室箱梁对称荷载的两种不同加载模式(边腹板加载模式、中腹板加载模式),通过试验研究和有限元分析,对单箱三室波纹钢腹板箱梁翼缘板剪力滞效应及其腹板剪力分配规律进行研究,有助于深入了解该类结构的受力特点以便进一步推广。本文受国家自然科学基金资助项目(51308053)资助,主要完成了以下工作:(1)进行单箱三室波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土箱梁静力试验研究,将试验结果与有限元结果进行对比分析,验证有限元模型的正确性。(2)单箱三室箱梁腹板对称加载荷载模式有三种,为四个腹板加载模式,边腹板加载模式和中腹板加载模式。本文分析三种加载模式下箱梁剪力滞效应之间的关系,并依据后两种模式确定有限元模型的荷载工况,分析箱梁不同截面剪力滞效应的特点。(3)研究了宽跨比、中隔板的有无、各箱室宽度比等构造参数对剪力滞效应的影响程度。给出不同加载模式下以宽跨比为变量的跨中截面上、下翼缘板最大剪力滞系数计算公式,并确定了相应的有效分布宽度比的计算公式。(4)对称荷载作用下,单箱三室波纹钢腹板箱梁边腹板和中腹板承担的剪力大小并不相同,将依据箱梁自身具有的腹板剪力分配规律进行分配。本文研究两种加载模式下单箱三室波纹钢腹板箱梁的剪力分配特点,并得出了以中隔板有无、腹板间距、腹板厚度、支座条件等为变参数的腹板剪力分配系数,为工程应用提供参考。
[Abstract]:Corrugated steel web box girder is a new type of bridge with corrugated steel web instead of concrete web. Corrugated steel webs bear shear force. Based on the previous researches on shear lag effect of box girder and distribution of web shear force, according to two different loading modes (side web loading mode) of single box and three compartment box girder, Through experimental study and finite element analysis, the shear lag effect of flange plate of single box three-compartment corrugated steel web box girder and its web shear distribution are studied. This paper is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (project No. 51308053). The main work is as follows: (1) the static test of prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs with single box and three rooms is carried out, and the test results are compared with the results of finite element analysis. To verify the correctness of the finite element model. (2) there are three symmetrical loading modes for webs of single box and three chambers box girders, which are four web loading modes. In this paper, the relationship between shear lag effect of box girder under three loading modes is analyzed, and the load conditions of finite element model are determined according to the latter two modes. The characteristics of shear lag effect in different sections of box girder are analyzed. (3) the influence degree of structural parameters such as width span ratio, the existence of middle spacer and the ratio of box width to chamber width on the shear lag effect is studied. At the same time, the span section with the ratio of width to span as variable under different loading modes is given. The formula for calculating the maximum shear lag coefficient of the lower flange plate is given, and the corresponding formula for calculating the effective distribution width ratio is determined. Under the action of symmetric load, the shear strength of the side web and the middle web of the corrugated steel box girder with single box and three compartment corrugated steel webs are not the same. According to the distribution law of web shear force in box girder itself, this paper studies the shear distribution characteristics of three compartment corrugated steel web box girder with two loading modes, and obtains the characteristics of shear distribution of box girder with three compartments of corrugated steel webs, and obtains whether there is a middle partition plate, the spacing of web plates, and the thickness of web plates. The support condition is the coefficient of web shear distribution with variable parameters, which provides a reference for engineering application.
