沪杭高铁横潦泾大桥快速施工管理实践研究

【摘要】:高速铁路建设在全国已经全面铺开,中国已经成为世界上高速铁路运营里程最多的国家。桥梁工程在高速铁路建设中占较大比重。沪杭高铁横潦泾大桥是一座全线控制性桥梁。该桥有深水基础施工、超长钻孔桩施工、连续梁施工等,都是很费时间的分部工程,但是桥梁主体工程只有正常工期一半时间,如何在工期异常紧张情况下,保证质量和安全完成该工程项目,是本文的研究重点。本文首先从投标和实施两个阶段分别对横潦泾大桥的技术方案、施工组织安排作了详细的介绍,按照投标技术方案编排施工进度,工期需要26个月,而建设单位只批准桥梁主体工程总工期为13个月。显然,要想用一半的工期去完成横潦泾大桥的深水桩基础、承台、墩身及连续梁施工,投标阶段的常规施工方案和管理措施已经不再适用,需要另辟蹊径、打破常规。在现场实施阶段,施工单位通过一系列全新的施工组织设计方案、非常规的管理措施,如变高空为地面施工、变水上为岸上施工、变流水施工为平行和搭接施工、变平面施工为立体施工、变现场作业为工厂预制,最终如期完成横潦泾大桥工程。其次,对横潦泾大桥的投标方案和实施方案从临时工程材料投入、机械设备的投入、总体施工进度三个方面进行了对比分析,分析结果表明既定工期确定后,组织现场施工,决定总费用高低的不仅仅是主体设计工程量,更多的体现在施工措施的投入,实施性方案比投标方案多投入两倍以上钢结构措施材料,但总工期减半满足了既定工期要求,经数年运营的检验,没有任何质量问题,工程质量优良。最后,从创新技术方案、投入足量资源、优秀施工团队、激励机制等各项保障措施方面介绍了横潦泾大桥的施工管理经验,为后续同类桥梁施工提供了借鉴。本文从施工进度控制理论着手,通过对具体工程项目的深入,最终总结出桥梁工程快速施工在方案和实施方面应关注的关键问题,力图在高速铁路桥梁工程快速施工方面做出有益的研究、探索与建议。
[Abstract]:High speed railway construction has been in full swing in the country, Chinese has become the world's most high-speed railway operating mileage of the country. The bridge engineering in high-speed railway construction accounted for a larger proportion. The Shanghai Hangzhou high Tieheng Liao Jing River Bridge is a bridge across the board of control. The bridge deep water foundation construction, bored pile construction, the construction of the continuous beam. Is the division of engineering will take time, but the main bridge project normal construction period only half of the time, how in the duration of abnormal tension, ensure the quality and safety of the completion of the project, is the focus of this paper. Following this article from the construction schedule control theory, through the specific project deeply, finally summarizes the rapid construction of key problems should be concerned in plan and implementation the bridge project, trying to make rapid construction of useful research in high speed railway bridge engineering, exploration and suggestions.
