回归分析预测法在人工单价确定中的应用研究

【摘要】：人工费是公路工程造价的直接组成部分,随着"营改增"政策的实施,人工成本在建安费中的比重越来越大,对工程成本管理工作的影响也越来越重要。利用回归分析法分析国家宏观经济数据和行业发展数据,模拟一定周期内区域定额人工单价的数学模型,将定额人工单价与市场经济的发展规律联系起来,可以使得发布的人工单价信息具有较好的科学性、时效性。研究成果为造价管理部门提供一种可以精确控制管理的实践方法。
[Abstract]:The labor cost is a direct part of the highway project cost. With the implementation of the policy of "camp reform and increase", the proportion of labor cost in the construction and installation fee is increasing. The influence on project cost management is also becoming more and more important. The regression analysis method is used to analyze the national macroeconomic data and industry development data, and to simulate the mathematical model of regional fixed labor unit price in a certain period. By connecting the fixed labor unit price with the development law of market economy, the published information of artificial unit price can be made more scientific and timely. The research results provide a practical method for the cost management department to accurately control the management.
