泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料路用性能研究

【摘要】:随着汽车产量逐年增长,每年都会产生大量的废旧轮胎。由废旧轮胎导致的固体废弃物污染也日益严重,因此急需寻找一种环境友好型解决方案。橡胶沥青技术可以有效的解决废旧轮胎的处理问题,还可以改善沥青材料使用性能,考虑到其生产施工温度过高和施工环节技术较难控制,故将其与温拌技术结合,以期两种技术优势互补,得到一种绿色环保的新型路面材料技术。本文针对橡胶沥青混合料,选用人工合成沸石作为发泡温拌剂,开展泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料路用性能研究。首先,测定了橡胶沥青基本性能参数,应用DSR与BBR试验分析了不同温拌剂添加量的橡胶沥青高低温流变性能的变化规律,由此确定了最佳温拌剂掺量。结果表明,添加温拌剂的橡胶沥青高低温流变性能均有所改善,温拌剂的最佳掺量为沥青质量的3%。其次,根据现行的沥青混合料施工技术规范和橡胶沥青混合料施工技术指南,进行泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料配合比设计方法研究。通过不同橡胶沥青含量混合料马歇尔试件体积参数确定了最佳沥青用量,依据已定级配和最佳沥青用量在不同温度下泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料马歇尔试件的空隙率,确定了泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料的拌和温度。结果表明,在相同体积指标条件下,泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料的拌和温度较热拌沥青混合料的降低15℃左右。此外,考虑到泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料的路用性能潜在风险,采用冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验和弯曲试验分别对泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料的水稳定性能、高温稳定性能和低温抗裂性能进行了评价。结果表明,泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料水稳定性能、高温稳定性能及低温抗裂性能均满足现行施工技术规范的要求,但其水稳定性能和高温稳定性能较热拌橡胶沥青混合料的有所降低,低温抗开裂性能有所提高。最后,针对泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料的经济与环境效益进行了评价,从能耗、有害气体排放等方面分析了泡沫温拌橡胶沥青混合料的经济与环境效益。
[Abstract]:With the increase of automobile output every year, a large number of waste tires are produced every year. The pollution of solid waste caused by waste tires is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find an environmentally friendly solution. Rubber asphalt technology can effectively solve the problem of waste tires treatment, but also improve the performance of asphalt materials. Considering that the production temperature is too high and the construction technology is difficult to control, the paper combines it with the warm mixing technology in order to complement the advantages of the two technologies and obtain a new type of pavement material technology which is green and environmental friendly. Synthetic zeolite was selected as foaming agent to study the pavement performance of rubber asphalt mixture. Firstly, the basic performance parameters of rubber asphalt were measured. DSR and BBR tests were used to analyze the rheological properties of rubber asphalt with different content of warm mix agent, and the optimum content of warm mix agent was determined. The results showed that the high and low temperature rheological properties of rubber asphalt were improved with the addition of warm mix agent. The best amount of warm mix agent is 3% of asphalt quality. Secondly, according to the current technical specifications for asphalt mixture construction and rubber asphalt mixture construction technology guide, The design method of mix proportion of rubber asphalt mixture with foam and warm mix was studied. The optimum asphalt content was determined by the volume parameters of Marshall sample with different rubber asphalt content. According to the porosity of the Marshall sample of the rubber asphalt mixture with different temperature and the optimum asphalt content, the mixing temperature of the mixture is determined.
