不同拌和类型沥青混合料能耗排放研究

【摘要】:沥青路面施工建设是能耗与排放量较大的工程,在能源紧缺的环境下,路面节能减排引起广泛重视。不同拌和类型的沥青混合料路面施工能耗与排放量存在差异,缺乏统一量化与评价体系,缺少明确的路面建设节能减排研究方向。因此,依据拌和方法的不同对路面建设过程进行节能减排量化和节能减排措施研究,对提高能源的利用率和加强环境保护有重要意义。调查混合料从原料生产到施工的每个环节,分析了各个生产环节的设备与工艺,对燃料的种类和消耗量,以及气体排放的影响因素进行分析,提出基于碳排放缺省因子的路面排放量化方法。依据路面建设中每个环节的特点建立能耗计算模型,利用加和原理建立总的能耗和碳排放计算模型。经过对热拌沥青混合料能耗模型的实例计算,显示出原料生产阶段能耗在整个过程中占比例最大,所以,在沥青混合料的拌和类型比较时原材料生产环节是不容忽视的。基于公理化设计原理,分析提出路面修筑节能减排的主要研究方向为施工机械的高效节能技术及节能环保道路材料的应用。研究提出以摊铺机作为沥青路面施工机械群的核心设备,以混合料施工温度为关键指标,经过对摊铺机使用参数进行调节,可得到较好的节能减排效果。室内试验测试了一种改性树脂类冷拌混合料的路用性能,经过高温、低温、抗压强度等试验,验证出该冷拌混合料可以达到改性沥青热拌混合料的路用性能标准;通过对比改性沥青热拌混合料路面,得出该冷拌混合料可以节约能耗26%。
[Abstract]:The construction of asphalt pavement is a project with large energy consumption and emission. In the environment of energy shortage, the energy saving and emission reduction of asphalt pavement is paid more attention to. There are differences in energy consumption and emission of asphalt mixture pavement construction with different mixing types. Lack of unified quantification and evaluation system, lack of clear research direction of road construction energy saving and emission reduction. Therefore, according to the different mixing methods of the road surface construction process of energy conservation and emission reduction quantification and energy-saving measures research, It is of great significance to improve the utilization rate of energy and strengthen environmental protection. By investigating every link of mixture from raw material production to construction, the equipment and process of each production link, the types and consumption of fuel are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the influence factors of gas emissions, a road surface emission method based on the default carbon emission factor is proposed. According to the characteristics of each link in road construction, the energy consumption calculation model is established. The calculation model of total energy consumption and carbon emission is established by using the summation principle. Through the example calculation of the energy consumption model of hot mix asphalt mixture, it is shown that the energy consumption of raw material production stage is the largest in the whole process, so, In the comparison of mixing type of asphalt mixture, raw material production is not to be ignored. Based on axiomatic design principle, The main research direction of energy saving and emission reduction for pavement construction is the efficient energy-saving technology of construction machinery and the application of energy-saving and environmental protection road materials, and the paver is proposed as the core equipment of asphalt pavement construction machinery group. Taking the construction temperature of the mixture as the key index and adjusting the parameters of paver, a better energy saving and emission reduction effect can be obtained. The road performance of a kind of modified resin cold mix mixture is tested in laboratory, after high temperature and low temperature, The compressive strength tests show that the cold mix mixture can meet the road performance standard of the modified asphalt hot mix mixture, and by comparing the modified asphalt hot mix mixture pavement, the cold mix mixture can save energy consumption 26%.
