双侧壁导坑法施工大断面地铁车站中隔墙岩柱开挖稳定性分析及施工关键技术

【摘要】:为了便于盾构过站施工连续,保证施工安全,以重庆轨道交通环线上桥车站工程为依托,对双侧导洞先行贯通、中隔墙后续开挖的双侧壁导坑工法进行分析,并研究临时中隔墙岩柱开挖的稳定性和加固措施,形成临时中隔墙岩柱开挖的施工关键技术。分析结果表明,在双侧导洞贯通后、中隔墙岩柱开挖前,隧道已经发生较大的拱顶沉降和收敛变形。为保证中隔墙岩柱开挖的稳定性和控制隧道变形,先对隧道及中隔墙进行加固,然后采用分台阶开挖施工。中隔墙拱部采用锁脚锚杆和增加中隔墙临时支撑体系刚度有助于改善初期支护的受力模式和控制隧道的收敛变形。
[Abstract]:In order to facilitate the continuous construction of shield tunneling station and ensure the construction safety, based on the Shangqiao Station Project of Chongqing Rail Transit Ring Line, this paper analyzes the double-side tunnel construction method for the first through of the double-side guide tunnel and the follow-up excavation of the middle partition wall. The stability and reinforcement measures of the temporary middle wall rock column excavation are studied, and the key construction technology of the temporary middle partition wall rock column excavation is formed. The analysis results show that before the middle partition wall rock column is excavated, In order to ensure the stability of rock column excavation and control the deformation of tunnel, the tunnel and the middle partition wall are strengthened first. Then step excavation is adopted in the middle partition wall arch with locking anchor bolt and increasing stiffness of temporary supporting system of middle partition wall which is helpful to improve the stress mode of initial support and control the convergent deformation of tunnel.
