基于感性工学的公交站台设计要素研究

【摘要】:论文基于北京市重大科技项目《北京公交站台整体设计研究及应用》展开进行,研究过程中我们首先进行城市调研,确定对上海、深圳、成都及苏州四个城市进行实地考察,并对乘客进行调查问卷的数据收集,同时对当地公交集团进行参观访问,学习了解当地公交运营特色。在这四地城市调研中各个城市都具有相对特征但却拥有极大的共性。上海的公交系统建设最为完善,也是最先大面积推广电子化站台信息的城市。深圳市公交系统较为分散分,站台设计由市交通委统一招标。苏州站台建设结合园林特征而形成,开发区则更具现代化。成都城市生活节奏缓慢,乘客整体满意度较高。完成全国四个城市调研后在北京开展了一次有针对性的调查问卷,并结合之前的四大城市对问卷数据进行对比整理分析发现,北京公交乘客具有其相对的个性,共性上都是乘客功能需求中"线路查询"设备依然是最为重要的需求之一,在信息需求中"下一辆车辆进站时间"同样是最为重要的信息需求之一。数据分析过程中采用数量化一类的运算方式将乘客功能需求与设计感的满意度进行分析,最终我们得到三个最主要的影响因素,第一位的是设计侧重点,并且应当更加注重人性化设计,第二位的是设计风格,第三位的是单程消耗时间。针对最重要的设计影响因素对这一要素进行了二次研究。整理出15张具有代表性的站台应用照片,编制用户满意度调查问卷,收集用户对"人性化"的满意度得分。并且将站台功能模块划分为15类,并将这两类信息一次统计并在其中发现,站棚为刚性需求、现有站台设计无法满足用户需求,报刊亭这类的服务设施是用户的隐性需求,应当适当增加。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the important science and technology project of Beijing, "Research and Application of Beijing bus Station". In the course of the research, we first carry out city investigation and study, and make sure to carry on the field investigation to four cities of Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu and Suzhou. And collect the data from the questionnaire to the passengers, and at the same time, visit the local public transport group. Study and understand the characteristics of local public transport operation. In the investigation of these four cities, each city has relative characteristics but has great commonalities. Shanghai's public transport system construction is the most perfect. It is also the first city to promote electronic platform information in a large area. The public transport system in Shenzhen is more dispersed and the platform design is unified by the municipal transportation committee. The construction of Suzhou platform combined with garden features was formed. The development zone is more modern. Chengdu has a slow pace of urban life and high overall passenger satisfaction. After completing the national survey of four cities, a targeted questionnaire was conducted in Beijing. By comparing and analyzing the questionnaire data from the four major cities before, it is found that Beijing bus passengers have their own characteristics, and the commonalities are still one of the most important requirements in the passenger functional demand, "line inquiry" equipment. One of the most important information requirements is "the time of the next vehicle entering the station" in the information requirement. In the process of data analysis, the passenger's functional requirement and the satisfaction degree of the design sense are analyzed by using a quantitative operation method. Finally, we get the three most important factors, the first is the design focus, and we should pay more attention to the humanized design, the second is the design style. The third is one-way travel time. This factor is studied twice for the most important design factors. Fifteen typical platform application photos are sorted out, and the user satisfaction questionnaire is compiled. The users' satisfaction with "humanization" was collected, and the platform function modules were divided into 15 categories, and the two kinds of information were counted once and found that the station shed was rigid demand, and the existing platform design could not meet the needs of users. Newspaper kiosks such as service facilities are the hidden needs of users, should be appropriately increased.
