公路隧道照明智能节能系统设计与研究

【摘要】:我国公路隧道数量多、里程长,高居世界前列。与此同时隧道照明的高能耗又给运营单位造成了巨大的经济负担,一些隧道照明不合理的设计规划,粗放式管理,不仅造成能源的巨大浪费,还使得隧道交通存在严重的安全隐患。因此,在新时期国家节能减排号召下,必须探索一种既能有效实现节能,又能提高隧道照明质量,保障行车安全的隧道照明系统和方法。本文在分析了目前国内外隧道照明各种节能技术与控制方法的基础上,选择了三种主要的隧道照明节能技术进行分析,并从隧道照明供能节能方面与隧道照明控能节能方面分别进行了设计与研究。首先,本文从隧道照明节能灯具选择出发,对LED灯与高压钠灯在特性参数和隧道照明建设运营成本上分别进行比对分析,同时又探讨了太阳光伏发电应用于隧道照明能源供应的广阔前景,并分析了隧道照明应用不同节能方式对节能效果的影响,从而逐步引出本文设计隧道照明节能系统所采用的节能技术。其次,依据隧道照明设计要求及对模糊控制理论的分析,本文研究了模糊控制应用于隧道照明节能的控制方法,然后在此理论基础上设计了隧道照明主控制器,用于接收隧道洞外亮度、车流量、车速等数据信息,并通过控制算法处理,输出符合实际需求的隧道照明调光控制命令。最后,本文设计了隧道照明节能控制系统三类控制器,其中太阳能光伏发电自动跟踪控制器用于提高太阳能光伏板的发电效率;DALI调光控制器,接收主控制器调光指令,制定调光对策;LED控制器接收DALI控制器调光指令,驱动LED灯,执行动态无级调光命令,在满足洞内所需亮度要求的同时,达到节能的目的。
[Abstract]:At the same time, the high energy consumption of tunnel lighting has caused a huge economic burden to the operating units, some tunnel lighting unreasonable design planning, extensive management, It is not only a huge waste of energy, but also a serious hidden danger of tunnel traffic. Therefore, under the call of national energy saving and emission reduction in the new period, we must explore a kind of tunnel lighting that can not only effectively realize energy conservation, but also improve the quality of tunnel lighting. Based on the analysis of various energy-saving technologies and control methods of tunnel lighting at home and abroad, three main energy-saving technologies of tunnel lighting are selected for analysis. The design and research of tunnel lighting energy saving and tunnel lighting energy control energy saving are carried out respectively. Firstly, this paper starts from the choice of tunnel lighting energy saving lamps. The characteristic parameters of LED lamp and high pressure sodium lamp are compared with each other on the operating cost of tunnel lighting construction. At the same time, the broad prospect of solar photovoltaic power generation application in tunnel lighting energy supply is discussed. The influence of different energy-saving methods on the energy-saving effect of tunnel lighting is analyzed, which leads to the energy-saving technology used in the design of tunnel lighting energy-saving system. Secondly, according to the requirements of tunnel lighting design and the analysis of fuzzy control theory, In this paper, the method of applying fuzzy control to energy saving of tunnel lighting is studied, and then the main controller of tunnel lighting is designed on the basis of this theory, which is used to receive data information such as luminance, traffic flow, speed and so on. And through the control algorithm processing, output the tunnel lighting dimming control command according to the actual demand. Finally, this paper designs three kinds of controller of tunnel lighting energy saving control system. The automatic tracking controller of solar photovoltaic power generation is used to improve the efficiency of solar photovoltaic panel and the Dali dimming controller, which receives the dimming instruction of the main controller, and formulates the dimming countermeasure. The LED controller receives the dimming instruction of the DALI controller and drives the LED lamp. Carry out dynamic stepless dimming command to meet the requirement of luminance in the hole and achieve the purpose of energy saving at the same time.
