停车场商务入口控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:在我国,大部分企事业单位停车场中都设立了商务入口通道,供内部工作车辆和外来贵宾车辆使用。目前大多数停车场商务入口使用人力区分用户类型以及控制车辆进场,不仅占用了人力资源,而且在车辆进场高峰期,产生停车场入口堵塞等问题。本文针对目前停车场商务入口控制系统的不足之处,将车牌识别技术(VLPR)、道闸控制技术、数据库技术相结合,提出了一种商务入口VIP车辆自动入场控制系统的解决方案,实现了停车场商务入口VIP车辆快速、自动化入场。本系统分为硬件部分和软件部分,系统构建在通用停车场入口系统之上。硬件部分设计了一个以STM32为核心的嵌入式控制器取代了原系统的控制板,作为核心控制单元,并协调原系统中地感线圈和摄像头的位置以及地感线圈的个数;软件部分使用C#语言在.NET平台下设计了入口软件、使用C语言在Keil平台下设计嵌入式控制器工作流程。入口软件设计了四个模块:图像采集模块、RS485数据传输模块、车牌信息获取模块、数据库读写模块。RS485数据传输模块接收控制板发送来的采集图像指令,调用图像采集模块采集车牌图像;图像采集成功之后自动调用车牌信息获取模块,并保存车牌信息;数据库读写模块在软件初始化时建立两个数据库表,一个用来保存免费停车的用户信息,另一个用来保存入场车辆信息,在车牌识别完成之后先判断用户类型,然后通过数据传输模块向控制板发送控制道闸开关指令,并在车辆入场之后将车辆车牌号码、入场时间等信息保存到数据库中。经实验室环境测试以及现场为期三个月的运营表明:本系统能够有效实现VIP车辆自动快速入场,和原系统相比车辆通行速率提高了至少4倍,并且VIP车辆的通行率达到96%以上。系统有效解决了停车场商务入口车辆堵塞和人力资源浪费的问题,并且本课题的设计理念可以应用扩展到停车场其他收费通道。
[Abstract]:In China, most of the parking lots of enterprises and institutions have set up business entrance channels for the use of internal working vehicles and foreign VIP vehicles. At present, most parking lots use manpower to distinguish user types and control the entry of vehicles. It not only takes up human resources, but also causes blockage at the entrance of parking lot during the peak period of vehicle entry. In this paper, the license plate recognition technology is introduced into VLPRA and gate control technology, aiming at the deficiency of the commercial entrance control system of parking lot at present. Combined with database technology, a solution of automatic admission control system for commercial entrance VIP vehicles is proposed, which realizes the fast and automatic admission of VIP vehicles at the commercial entrance of parking lot. The system is divided into hardware part and software part. The system is built on the entrance system of the general parking lot. In the hardware part, an embedded controller based on STM32 is designed to replace the control board of the original system as the core control unit. And coordinate the position of ground sensing coil and camera and the number of ground sensor coils in the original system. The software part uses C # language to design entrance software under. Net platform. Using C language to design the work flow of embedded controller on Keil platform, the entrance software designs four modules: image acquisition module, RS485 data transmission module, license plate information acquisition module, and so on. The database reading and writing module .RS485 data transmission module receives the image command sent by the control board, calls the image acquisition module to collect the license plate image, automatically invokes the license plate information acquisition module after the image acquisition is successful, and saves the license plate information. The database reading and writing module establishes two database tables when the software initializes, one is used to store the user information of free parking, the other is used to save the admission information, and the user type is judged after the license plate recognition is completed. Then the control gate switch instruction is sent to the control board through the data transmission module, and the vehicle license plate number is given after the vehicle has entered the vehicle. The information such as admission time is stored in the database. The results of laboratory environmental test and field operation for three months show that the system can effectively realize the automatic fast entry of VIP vehicles, and the speed of vehicle traffic is increased by at least four times compared with the original system. And the traffic rate of VIP is over 96%. The system effectively solves the problems of traffic jam and human resource waste at the commercial entrance of parking lot, and the design idea of this topic can be applied to other toll channels in parking lot.
