贵州山区乳化沥青冷再生RAP料变异性及质量控制研究

【摘要】:近年来我国高速公路已开始从“大建设”逐步向“大养护”转变,早期修建的高等级公路大部分已进入大、中修阶段。一方面我国高速公路建设需要大量的沥青材料,另一方面公路养护维修却有大量旧沥青废弃掉。因此利用再生技术对废旧沥青材料进行再生利用在当今这个自然资源极度匮乏的时代就显得非常有意义。沥青路面建成后的使用过程中,在各种因素的综合作用下会发生一系列复杂不可逆的变化,路用性能逐渐降低,通常称沥青的“沥青的老化”。沥青路面再生就是通过再生工艺最大限度的降低老化过程对沥青产生的不利影响,恢复旧沥青固有的使用性能。厂拌冷再生技术凭着能够改善多种路面病害的优点在沥青路面再生领域有广泛的应用。本文依托贵州省交通运输厅科技项目——山区高速公路沥青路面冷再生技术体系的研究,即G60(贵州境,贵新段)沥青混凝土路面维修工程。在对该路段交通量、路面病害类型、养护状况等的调查及对旧沥青性能和集料级配评价的基础上建立路面状况评价模型,确定沥青路面再生方案。利用沥青抽提试验和燃烧试验将回收旧料中沥青与集料彻底分离,发现不同路段、不同车道、不同路面结构回收的旧沥青的性质是不同的,而且不同的回收工艺回收的旧料集料级配也不同,这种不同就是变异性。重点分析旧料中沥青三大指标、沥青含量及旧料集料级配的变异性产生原因,不同沥青旧料回收源、不同路面结构层和不同的回收工艺与旧料变异性的关系。RAP材料是冷再生沥青混合料的主要原材料,所以RAP材料变异对再生沥青混合料质量有直接影响,进而影响到再生沥青路面的路用性能。本文采用正交试验分析RAP材料的变异对再生沥青混合料的高温、低温、抗水损害等路用性能的影响规律,结果发现RAP材料中沥青基本性质、沥青含量、集料级配这三因素的变异对再生沥青混合料的路用性能影响程度大小顺序:RAP材料沥青性质沥青含量集料级配。最后提出合理的旧料RAP变异性控制措施,主要从旧料回收工艺、回收料分类、RAP材料预处理过程及冷再生施工过程等角度采取有效措施,控制旧料的变异,保证再生沥青混合料质量可靠和再生路面路用性能稳定。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the expressway in our country has begun to change from "big construction" to "great maintenance". Most of the high grade highways built in the early period have entered the stage of large and medium repair. On the one hand, a large amount of asphalt materials are needed for highway construction in China. On the other hand, a large number of used asphalt is abandoned in highway maintenance and maintenance. Therefore, it is very meaningful to use recycling technology to recycle used asphalt materials in the age of extreme scarcity of natural resources. In the course of use after the completion of the facet, A series of complex irreversible changes will occur under the combined action of various factors, and the road performance will gradually decrease. Asphalt pavement regeneration is to minimize the adverse effects of the aging process on asphalt through the recycling process, which is commonly referred to as "asphalt aging". Restores the old asphalt inherent use performance. The factory mix cold regeneration technology has the widespread application in the asphalt pavement regeneration domain by the advantage which can improve many kinds of road surface diseases. This paper relies on Guizhou transportation department science and technology project-mountain area. Research on Cold Recycling Technology system of Expressway Asphalt pavement, That is, G60 asphalt concrete pavement maintenance engineering. Based on the investigation of traffic volume, pavement disease type, maintenance condition and evaluation of old asphalt performance and aggregate gradation, a pavement condition evaluation model is established. Using asphalt extraction test and combustion test to separate asphalt from aggregate completely, it is found that the properties of recovered old asphalt in different road sections, different lanes and different pavement structures are different. Moreover, the gradation of used aggregate recovered by different recovery processes is different, which is the variability. This paper mainly analyzes the three indexes of asphalt in used materials, the causes of asphalt content and the variability of old aggregate gradation, and the recovery sources of different asphalt used materials. The relationship between different pavement structure layer and different recovery process and the variability of used material. Rap is the main raw material of cold recycled asphalt mixture, so the variation of RAP material has a direct effect on the quality of recycled asphalt mixture. In this paper, orthogonal test is used to analyze the influence of the variation of RAP material on the pavement performance of recycled asphalt mixture, such as high temperature, low temperature, water damage and so on. The results showed that the basic properties of asphalt and the content of asphalt in RAP materials, The three factors of aggregate gradation influence the road performance of recycled asphalt mixture in order: asphalt content gradation of asphalt content of rap material. Finally, the reasonable RAP variability control measures are put forward, mainly from the recovery process of used materials. Effective measures should be taken to control the variation of old materials and ensure the reliable quality of recycled asphalt mixture and the stability of road performance of recycled asphalt pavement from the point of view of the pretreatment process of recycled rap material and the construction process of cold recycling.
