【摘要】:盾构隧道施工时,其开挖会对周围地层产生土体扰动,导致隧道周边地层发生变形,引起地表沉降。当地层运动超过一定限度时,会影响周边建(构)筑物、道路、管线等的结构安全与正常使用。因此,如何预测和控制隧道的地表沉降已成为工程界关心的重要问题。近年来,针对宁波软土盾构隧道施工技术和施工变形特征已开展了一定的研究,积累了一定的成果。然而,迄今为止,尚未对宁波软土盾构隧道施工引起的长期沉降特性进行研究,有关于宁波软土盾构隧道的固结沉降问题尚有待于深入探索。为此,本文以宁波轨道交通一号线工程为依托,对盾构施工引起的地表沉降规律及长期沉降特性开展研究,可为在建和后续工程施工安全及如何减小对周边环境的影响提供技术支撑。论文主要内容如下:1.对宁波轨道交通一号线望春桥站到泽民站区间盾构开挖引起的地表沉降进行监测,选取其中典型断面的数据,结合工程所处地层条件,对盾构施工引起的地表横向沉降特征和纵向沉降特征进行了研究分析,得到了宁波软土环境下盾构施工引起的地表沉降规律。2.基于典型断面的实测数据,运用origin8.0软件并结合传统预测方法的经验公式进行拟合分析,验证了Peck公式等传统预测方法在宁波地区软土地层环境下的适用性。3.结合宁波轨道交通一号线望春桥站到泽民站区间工程实际情况,运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对盾构隧道开挖后土体的固结沉降进行数值模拟,得出了盾构施工引起的地表长期沉降性状和孔隙水压力变化规律。
[Abstract]:During the construction of shield tunnel, the excavation of shield tunnel will disturb the surrounding soil, cause deformation of the surrounding stratum and cause ground subsidence. When the local layer movement exceeds a certain limit, it will affect the surrounding building (construction) and the road. Therefore, how to predict and control the surface settlement of tunnels has become an important issue of concern to the engineering community in recent years. Some researches have been carried out on the construction technology and deformation characteristics of Ningbo soft soil shield tunnel, and some achievements have been accumulated. However, up to now, no research has been done on the long-term settlement characteristics caused by the construction of Ningbo soft soil shield tunnel. There are some problems about the consolidation settlement of shield tunnel in Ningbo soft soil still need to be deeply explored. Therefore, based on the project of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 1, this paper studies the law of ground subsidence and long-term settlement characteristics caused by shield tunneling. It can provide technical support for construction safety and how to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. From Wangchun Bridge Station of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 1 to the ground caused by shield tunneling in the railway station area of Zemin. Surface subsidence is monitored, Selecting the data of typical sections and combining the stratum conditions of the project, the characteristics of transverse and longitudinal subsidence caused by shield tunneling are studied and analyzed. The law of ground subsidence caused by shield tunneling in soft soil environment of Ningbo is obtained. 2. Based on the measured data of typical sections, the fitting analysis is carried out by using origin8.0 software and combining with the empirical formula of traditional forecasting method. The applicability of traditional prediction methods, such as Peck formula, in the soft soil environment of Ningbo area is verified. 3. Combined with the actual situation of the project between Wangchun Bridge Station and Zemin Station of Ningbo Rail Transit Line 1, The consolidation settlement of soil after excavation of shield tunnel is simulated by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The long-term settlement characteristics and pore water pressure variation law caused by shield tunneling are obtained.
