环保型降温微表处制备及其功效

【摘要】:为实现路面预防性养护材料的降温及净化尾气等环境功效,以技术成熟的微表处为载体,通过掺加功能性材料制备了环保型降温微表处,采用自制的室内、外降温测试装置和净化尾气测试装置,全面评价了不同类型环保型降温微表处降温和净化尾气功效,系统研究了环保型降温微表处路用性能,并揭示了其微观结构及功效作用机理。结果表明:复配型(WHT+WHTA)微表处降温和净化尾气功效最优,其次为WHTA微表处和WHT微表处;环保型降温微表处降温效果随路面温度的升高逐渐增强,室外降温幅度可达5.9℃,室内降温幅度可达6.5℃;环保型降温微表处对COx,NOx及SO2气体污染物的净化效果可达43%,对PM2.5和PM10颗粒污染物的净化效果可达59%;温度变化对单一类型环保型降温微表处WHT和WHTA的净化效率影响显著,对复配型(WHT+WHTA)微表处净化效率影响相对较小;不同类型环保型降温微表处路用性能良好;功能性材料稳定、均匀地分散于乳化沥青中,并引起了材料内部化学官能团组成的变化;环保型微表处降温及净化尾气功效主要源于由基础材料自身晶体结构特征引发的功能性材料自身极化效应。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the environmental efficacy of pavement preventive maintenance materials, such as cooling and purifying tail gas, the environmentally friendly cooling micro-surface was prepared by adding functional materials, and the self-made micro-surface was used as the carrier. The efficiency of cooling and purifying tail gas at different types of environmental protection micrometers was evaluated, and the road performance of environmental protection micrometers was studied systematically. The results showed that the cooling and purifying efficiency of the complex WHT WHTA microsurface was the best, followed by the WHTA microsurface and the WHT microsurface.
