【摘要】:随着高铁时代的到来,道路旅客运输特别是中长途旅客运输受到了严重的冲击,高铁沿线的城市尤其严重,与高铁并行的班线更是遭遇了灭顶之灾。就如泉州市道路旅客运输在2010年福厦高铁开通后客运量明显下降,随着高铁运行班次的加密、加挂和网络的完善,道路运输运行里程200公里以上班线受到的冲击更为严重。随着合福高铁、厦深高铁等线路陆续开通、全国“四纵四横”高铁网络的形成、“互联网”+出行方式的多样化、中西部的大开发而导致道路客源大幅下滑,道路旅客运输行业面临重新调整经营方向和如何发展的问题。因此本文以泉州市汽车运输总公司(QATC)竞争战略为研究课题,据于对泉州市汽车运输总公司竞争战略的分析研究,指导企业在面临市场的机遇和挑战的管理过程中,充分合理利用自身优势,科学制定、选择竞争战略策略,确保企业持续稳定健康发展。借鉴竞争战略理论,通过对企业所处环境进行战略分析研究,具体分析泉州市汽车运输总公司的内、外部环境。运用五力模型、PEST分析法、SWOT分析法等等战略分析工具,找出泉州市汽车运输总公司企业内部的竞争优劣势及面临的机遇和挑战。得出了该企业的若干竞争战略模式,并对其进行选择。最终确认泉州市汽车运输总公司的竞争战略有:在保持核心竞争力的前提下,进行低成本扩张、资源优化整合、多元发展多元并举。最后,阐述了泉州市汽车运输总公司的竞争战略实施和保障。泉州市汽车运输总公司作为福建省道路运输企业之一,具有一定的代表性,对其进行竞争战略研究,希望可以对福建省道路运输企业在今后的发展有一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of high-speed rail, the road passenger transport, especially the medium-long distance passenger transport, has been seriously impacted, especially in the cities along the high-speed rail line. The commuter line parallel to the high-speed rail has been devastated. For example, after the opening of the Fuzhou-Xiamen high-speed railway in 2010, the passenger traffic volume of the Quanzhou City road passenger transport decreased markedly. With the encryption of the operation frequency of the high-speed rail line, the addition of links and the improvement of the network, The impact on road transport lines with mileage of more than 200 kilometers is even more severe. With the opening of lines such as the Hefu high-speed railway and the Xia-Shenzhen high-speed rail line, the formation of the national "four vertical and four horizontal" high-speed rail network and the diversification of the "Internet" travel mode, The large-scale development of the central and western regions has led to a sharp decline in road passenger resources, and the road passenger transport industry is faced with the problem of readjusting the management direction and how to develop. Therefore, this paper takes the competition strategy of Quanzhou Automobile Transportation Corporation as a research topic. According to the analysis and research on the competition strategy of Quanzhou Automobile Transportation Corporation, it instructs enterprises to make full and reasonable use of their own advantages in the management process of facing the opportunities and challenges of the market, and scientifically formulate and choose the competitive strategy strategy. To ensure the sustained, stable and healthy development of the enterprise. Referring to the theory of competition strategy, through the strategic analysis and study of the environment in which the enterprise is located, the article specifically analyzes the inner parts of Quanzhou Automobile Transportation Corporation, External environment. By using five forces model pest analysis and SWOT analysis and other strategic analysis tools, this paper finds out the competitive advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges faced by Quanzhou Automobile Transportation Corporation, and obtains some competitive strategy models of this enterprise. Finally confirm the competition strategy of Quanzhou Automobile Transportation Corporation: under the premise of maintaining core competitiveness, carry on low cost expansion, resource optimization and integration, multiple development and multiple development. Finally, This paper expounds the implementation and guarantee of the competition strategy of Quanzhou Automobile Transportation Corporation. As one of the road transportation enterprises in Fujian Province, Quanzhou Automobile Transportation Corporation has some representativeness. It is hoped that it can be used for reference in the future development of road transportation enterprises in Fujian Province.
