干线公路日常养护定额相关因素及指标分析

【摘要】:在全面建设小康社会和现代化进程中,广东省由于特殊的地理位置和气候特征,在这种地质条件下修筑高等级公路,给施工和管理都将带来很大困难。长期以来,由于地质条件的随机性、施工环境的多样性,以及问题本身的复杂性,使得国省道公路养护资金额度拨付额度组成复杂,各地养护人、机械设备配置差异大,公路养护效果不统一,一些地方养护质量差。为进一步分析公路养护造价现状特征,更加全面合理地进行公路养护工作,有效地控制公路养护造价,需形成适合行业规律和行业管理需要的国省道建设养护定额,为规范广东省公路造价管理提供基础依据。论文阐述了公路养护定额影响的相关因素并进行分析研究。首先介绍了国内外的研究现状及我国公路养护现阶段存在的问题。然后介绍了养护定额测算的一些办法,重点介绍了陕西课题中所运用到的系数指标法,最后说明了几点测算中所考虑的因素。本文重点通过数据分析总结影响公路养护费用的相关因素人工、材料和机械费用,并且通过数据分析总结其合理性。在上述讨论分析的基础上,结合广东省干线公路养护定额测算的相关数据及实际情况,结合交通量等相关因素建立多元回归模型,对广东省干线公路日常小修保养费用的测算项目进行分析总结,通过各种模型的对比分析,并验证模型的适用性、可行性。
[Abstract]:In the process of building a well-off society and modernization in an all-round way, due to its special geographical location and climatic characteristics, the construction of high-grade highways under such geological conditions will bring great difficulties to the construction and management of Guangdong Province for a long time. Due to the randomness of geological conditions, the diversity of the construction environment and the complexity of the problems themselves, the composition of the quota of funds allocated for the maintenance of national provincial highways is complicated, and there are great differences in the distribution of maintenance personnel and machinery and equipment in various places. The effect of highway maintenance is not uniform, and the maintenance quality is poor in some places. In order to further analyze the current characteristics of highway maintenance cost, carry out more comprehensive and reasonable highway maintenance work, and effectively control the highway maintenance cost, It is necessary to form a maintenance quota for the construction and maintenance of national provincial highways that are suitable for the laws of the trade and the needs of industry management, In order to provide the basis for standardizing the highway cost management in Guangdong Province, the paper expounds the relevant factors affecting highway maintenance quota and makes an analysis and study. Firstly, it introduces the current research situation at home and abroad and the existing highway maintenance in our country at present. Then introduced some methods of calculating the maintenance quota, This paper mainly introduces the coefficient index method used in Shaanxi project, and finally explains the factors considered in the calculation. This paper summarizes the related factors that affect the highway maintenance cost through data analysis, such as labor, material and machinery cost. On the basis of the above discussion and analysis, combined with the relevant data and actual situation of Guangdong Province trunk highway maintenance quota calculation, combined with traffic volume and other related factors, a multivariate regression model was established. This paper analyzes and summarizes the calculation items of daily minor repair and maintenance cost of Guangdong trunk highway, compares and analyzes various models, and verifies the applicability and feasibility of the model.
