独柱式曲线梁桥的稳定性分析

【摘要】:在高速公路及城市立交匝道桥中,独柱式曲线连续箱梁桥应用广泛,由于曲线梁桥的曲率影响,此种桥型在恒载、活载作用下,受力复杂,存在弯扭耦合作用,给设计及施工带来了很大的困难。近年来,桥梁倾覆事故时有发生,造成了严重的经济损失和社会影响,因此对独柱式曲线梁桥稳定性的研究对其安全运营及进一步发展都具有很重要的意义。本文研究了独柱式曲线梁桥的受力特性、稳定性计算方法和影响因素,分析了曲线桥梁的常见病害及成因,曲线桥梁的计算理论以及计算方法,以某桥梁工程为背景,利用ANSYS有限元软件,建立实体单元模型,分析了曲率半径、支座预偏心和抗扭支座间距对曲线梁桥支座反力及内力的影响。对比分析了铁路规范、公路规范中关于桥梁稳定性的规定,通过不同加载方式以最不利布载形式计算了某独柱式桥梁的横向抗倾覆稳定性,并研究了曲率半径及支座预偏心对横向抗倾覆稳定性的影响和变化规律。利用增加墩柱的方法对桥梁进行横向稳定性加固,并对加固前、后支座反力及稳定性进行了对比分析,研究了新增支座的间距对支反力的影响,对曲线梁桥的稳定性加固的设计及施工具有一定的实用价值。
[Abstract]:The single-column curved continuous box girder bridge is widely used in freeway and urban interchange ramp bridge. Due to the influence of curvature of curved girder bridge, this type of bridge is complicated under dead load and live load, and has the coupling effect of bending and torsion. In recent years, bridge overturning accidents have occurred from time to time, resulting in serious economic losses and social impacts. Therefore, the study on the stability of single-column curved girder bridge is of great significance for its safe operation and further development. This paper studies the mechanical characteristics, stability calculation method and influencing factors of single-column curved girder bridge. The common diseases and causes of curved bridges, the calculation theory and calculation method of curved bridges are analyzed. Based on the background of a bridge project, a solid element model is established by using ANSYS finite element software, and the radius of curvature is analyzed. The influence of bearing pre-eccentricity and anti-torsion support spacing on the reaction force and internal force of the support of curved girder bridge is compared and analyzed in the railway code and highway code about the stability of the bridge. The lateral overturning stability of a single column bridge is calculated by different loading methods in the most unfavorable distribution form. The influence of radius of curvature and pre-eccentricity of bearing on lateral anti-overturning stability is studied. The lateral stability of the bridge is strengthened by adding pier column, and the reaction force and stability of the rear support before reinforcement are compared and analyzed. The influence of the new support spacing on the supporting reaction force is studied, which is of practical value to the design and construction of the stability and reinforcement of the curved beam bridge.
